Useless RMI, no competency

BAD SERVICES AT B-Ma services Pretoria north
No one should take their vehicles there unless u want get rid of you car when u get it back, u guaranteed to lose money and later your car and worst of all, RMI does not work

Unprofessional and unskilled Bad service
My car was taken for some engine problems to your workshop and after 6 weeks i received my car back and few days later it stopped driving. I spoke to the guy called Tshepo (some supervisor) and Abram (workshop supervisor) some supervisor, he promised all sort of things and today i called and he tells me the car is still not ok after a week with them and after making promise the car will be ready today. Worst of all he told me he is not involved anymore i must talk to technical people after he made commitments and then if i want i must come fetch my car. Never take your car there.........

Dishonest sales, Management and no REFUND
I bought sound mixer, Speakers on 28 March 2024 at Cash Crusaders Silverton. Explained what the sound was for. Try to use the speakers at my sport event and the speakers started malfunctioning. Returned them to the store two days later. Assistant Manager and sales person tested them confirmed I should collect my money the following day, arrived the following day and the Store Manager refused to refund coz. Now don’t have speakers and mixers I bought and NO REFUND.

Bad service and dishonest Sales
I bought a Ford Ranger , took it straight to Ford dealership for diagnosis and full service and discovered that 80% of the problems on the vehicle were not declared on Dekra report and these were safety critical.

Bad service and incompetent personnel at Alexander Forbes
I changed jobs and I have requested some withdrawal out of my provident fund. My money was disinvested for a week and then invested again. No one at Alexander Forbes can tell me the status of my withdrawal request, I made multiple calls and every call is a contradicting stories.

Bad service not answering calls
I'm trying to call BMW Montana and they are not answering my calls, my car was towed to the Momtana dealership, as it started losing power and there is a problem with drivetrain. Currently I need transport to transport my kids to school and for me to go to work and I can't even arrange anything....
