worst after sales service. I am tired of going back and forth with the MWEB Customer Care department, I am getting nowhere and now I just want to have this service canceled, I am tired of the run around, I believe that there a fra more better service providers out there.
Absa Idirect insurance it's BAD NEWS! I am sitting with numerous query references since I registered a claim with Absa Idirect on 18 November 2021,and no one is willing to take responsibility. The turn around times specified on these escalations have long passed and there is still no resolution. My car was written off in November. Absa has my NATIS document and spare keys,and I still do not understand why my claim is still not yet processed? Yet they have the nerve to debit my bank account for monthly premiums which I don't understand. I know someone is going to respond to this just to pacify me and create another query reference yet there are still pending queries logged prior. I guess I have no choice but to involve the bank Ombudsman. There are far better insurance service providers out there.
I will never insure anything with Absa idirect. The level of service it's pathetic to say the least.
I have placed an order on the 15 Aug till today I have not received my order. Someone by the name of Joshua promised to check the status of my order and never came back to me I requested a refund no reply regarding that. Reliable store poor shocking service.

I am dissatisfied with the kind of service that Game online renders. Game is robbing people of their hard earned cash. I bought a phone online on the 30th June 2020, U still have not recieved my order or refund. Today I got an email stating that I my order has been delivered to my address. Game is not customer focused and from my experience interacting with their customer care dept they just don't give a F**K
