Got a nice message today that my car insurance is cancelled. Debit order went of but insurefin for the 4 time this year is blaming the bank. I have offered to eft the money and cannot, I have sent bank statements to proof I have money in my account. I called in to the receptionist at insurefin and was promised a call back, when I called back they refused to answer my calls. I found out I have been sitting with out insurance for 15 days. I hope finsure knows if I'm in a accident before I get a new insurance that I am going to sue them. This error accounts every 3 months. Debit order goes off correctly then one month nothing. Absolutely pathetic
Phone was sent in for repairs, was struggling to charge, came back, touch was not working and buttons. Took it directly back. Got a quote of R4500. Lodged a complaint but No on bothering to come back to me. My wife been with out a phone for more than a month. This is Pathetic service. They sending phone back because I did not accept the quote. I will go on all platforms and social media to let people know the service I got. I will never recommend Samsung to anyone. Please not I have a query open
My wife phone was struggling to charge. We sent it in and waited 2 weeks. Was fixed. When we got it back, the touch was hardly working and the volume buttons were not working. The phone then did a update and died. We did not even have it for a full day before we sent it back. It's a month now and now want us to pay R4500 for a mother board. I've tried to call the service centre and get help but no one at Samsung is willing to help and they are untrained and unprofessional. Please explain how a phone was sent back without been tested and how I much pay for Samsung mistakes? I want the phone fixed or replaced free of charge.
Walked in, no clients. Wanted to apply for an account but was told to apply online and they had no application forms. The manager told me to complain but not use their name. Pathetic that 4 people refused to help
Yes to Nurture case workers have not been trained. Don't worry about patients. Respond back a month after the application was closed. Shocking service. The synagis department is pathetic
Good day. I was at rosepark Saturday afternoon. The staff members in the maternity were eating infront of me while they were supposed to be assisting me, I went to the reception to complain because i was not getting assisted. The on person infront had no mask and was sneezing, the other lady was on a private call and i had to wait. I put in a complaint and the consultant told me i must not speak to the manager in charge but someone would call me on monday the hospital manager but still no call nothing. I am shocked at the service and the standard of the hospital. THank you
Sales agents are unprofessional and incompetent. I wanted to renew my policy, just asked the consultant to find out when it started. I was told that he can't help me and I must phone a customer care line myself its not his problem. He called me 3 times to try sell me a new policy but could not check when my previous o started. I called in agaim to try find out and with no luck I asked to speak to a manager which was told to me thats not possible. Finally after 3 weeks I got hold of a manager which said she will call me back and I'm still waiting for a call. Im the mean time my policy has been canceled and the full policy amount was deducted. I hope to never do business with a company that does not care about clients and such pathetic service. I think this company is not far from been the worse company in south africa with the most pathetic service and you steal money from clients.
Good day. I serviced my car in June 2020. I was assured that my car was serviced and everything was done. My brakes just went now and was never told i had to replace my brakes. My question is, is it not the responsibility of the service on consultant to inform the client? I want the call recordings. Whos is going to pay if my car is damaged or if im in a accident. Mine as well as my family lives are at risk. i will go everywhere to make sure people know linsdey saker does not care about their clients, and the service that i got. No one seems to care. Good day I have been trying to pay my account in full for the last 2 months. I have sent mails, i have called and sometimes hold on for more than 40min at a time. MBD banking details do not work, They told me i cant pay at the makro store which is nonsense. THeir consultants are rude and put down in your hear. The last 2 months i was on able to speak to one manager, the other mangers dont exist. All i want to do is pay my account. I refuse to take any calls from now unless it is someone that can assist me. Thank you
