Went to Cinnabon at Sandton city, we were treated eith such disrespect and ended up leaving the store without being assisted because everybody ignored us. There was a guy taking payments and he ignored us n took a call. A video call while we were busy ordering n left us unattended. The other one came to help n we asked for the manager n he said that one who is on a video call with his girlfriend is the manager n unfortunately there's nothing you can do. We left the store without being assisted still n ended up buying doughnuts next door at Krispy kream

The front desk is highly unprofessional, clearly they have gone way too far with their behavior and got away with everything. I'm not going to allow it. We go there for help not for them to walk all over us like we are nothing. They signed up for hello people not mistreating patients. I am very angry, I went there today and the front desk Ladies made a joke and shamed me over my health condition. How painful is that. I walked out of the place with tears and they couldn't even care less. Imagine all this happening in the front desk what more are we yet to see if we had to be in their consultation rooms. If no one is doing something about this clinic I will not rest. Where else are we supposed to seek help if we are being treated like trash in the clinic
I bought a pair of shoes at Rage Centurion , 3days later I worn the shoes and the shoe was torn, I took them back and they refused to refund me and forced me to buy something in the store. I bought it cash but they are refusing to refund me, so they took their shoes and still has my money with them. I could go and buy a pair of shoes elsewhere but they are refusing to refund me but only to restrict me in buying from their store again even such experience. I need my money back because they have their shoes back, this is fraud. And I will report the matter everywhere until I get my money back I will not allow them to rob me
We are not safe with Bolt cap, driver overcharged basically stole from me yesterday. He made me pay more on my trip when I arrived at my destination and told me he will add the change in my account for next trip, but he lied. I contacted the bolt support team and addressed the issue, apparently bolt drivers don't have access to saving or adding customers change for next trip. This guy stole from me. He was so rude and aggressive towards me. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable around him. This is bad, people must watch out
It seems like its their nature in all identity stores that they treat customers like trash... And its so sad that the head office doesn't do anything about it. Even the management itself, their attitude is terrifying. I had laybye wit identity at mams mall and couldn't get it due to lockdown. I then received their call after I went in there to collect it but there was no electricity. I made an arrangement to collect it again today but I went in there and got treated like trash, the manager by the name of Maria is extremely rude and disrespectful. She told me where to get off and told me to look around the store I'll probably get my items because she is not about to do that for me. I mean the slip is written the codes of the items, it wouldn't have ****ed them to take that slip and check on the system if they still have instead of giving me that hell of an attitude that I must look for my own stuff. Its not my job as a customer. I am not impressed, Infact I am angry. They got my money even the items. They look down on people and I am not about to let this one go. We are paying in identity stores we don't grab things for free
