i am furious about this shop , they keep on sensing me messages to say i owe them 33 000, and even want to hand me over , for money that i dont even know of , i went foran eye test and was ordered to get new pair of spectacles , but unfortunately medical aid could'nt cover the amount for the glasses of which i have paid out of my pocket cash close to R7000.00 , Paid half when they ordered the glasses and the rest when collecting my them now when call the asking them to email me the invoice so that i can submit to SARS, they are telling me they can issue the invoice because i have an outstanding amount . this is a day light ******* how come the gave me the glasses without settling the whole amount. This is bad service .
bought the building material on the 08/05/2025 and before i paid for it asked them if they were going to be able to deliver the material the next day or not, and they have promised that the material will be delivered the following day which was the 09/11/2025.. it was not delivered waited Friday and Saturday nothing happened and that caused inconvenience for me because the Builders and plumbers were there on Saturday to start with the job ..not even one person called me to explain the cause of delay.from Brits to Oukasie is just a 10 minutes drive..i mean is not far 08:32 AM they could have just been honest with me if they were not sure about the delivery date or come back to me if there was a delay , i could have stopped the Builders not to drive there....
bought 5 seater couches they were delivered while i was not home , when i got home found out that the were 2 couches with missing legs , reported the problem at the Brits branch lewis store, second day after delivery.Its been 4 weeks since they have informed me that they will exchange them, till today i am still waiting for them to exchange them , i have small kids at home what if they damages them?.this is the worst Customer experience .i am always the one calling them they don't even bother to give me a call to inform me of what is causing the delay.They just dont care about their customers.

Been trying to make a withdrawal of my funds. Called support team . Uploaded all required fica docs.3 days has past trying to get my winnings. its like they dont even understand their system they cant give a clear answer..
i have sent the request for cancellation of membership from the 23/02/22 and is still not been actioned even today, they have made deduction twice on top of the cancellation request made. very bad service they cant even return my calls or provide me with feedback , im always the one calling them and asking progress.
I bought 30 slim patches but they delivered 10 slim patches
i have been trying to communicate with them on their whatsapp number and emails and not even update on my order.
kindly advise status on my cellphone claim , have not heard anything yET from you regarding the progress on my claim all you do is keep on requesting additional information only when i call you. This kind of service its very embarrassing , you don't even update me regarding progress . This is not acceptable at all. Today i called in and one of the consultant who was helping me never even bothered to call me back after the phone went off during the course of the conversation. after holding for more than 30minutes.
