DR. PHIL THE TERRIBLE
I am just shocked and a little taken aback My partner tells me a story today that made me write this review. Please... I am far from a racist .... But I guess if you are of color in Africa .... Don't think DR. PHIL can lend you an ear or assist in your emotional of mental crisis or meltdown. I went to see Dr. Phillip Du Toit with my partner ... (We share a business but needed help in the couple side of things) He firstly did not pay too much attention to when I was talking ... (Very focused on my partner whilst I am airing MY feelings... I felt like I was not part of this couple session with this particular Phycologist / Counselor (PFF) . Even when I was telling him about a certain issue with another lady concerning my partner... That was laying heavy on my chest ... He got the name of this lady wrong ... Not once ... or twice ... after being rectified ... But THREE times. ie... so this thing with BELINDA .... instead of "GLORIA"...... Just awful But ... let me not stop there .... DR. PHIL after knowing me for 6 hours decided that I have to "BAG the OLD STUFF and move forward" HA ... A lifetime of baggage ... after he knows me for 6 hours ... I must drop it? I think the reason we went there is so that we can talk about the baggage for as long as we want. Until one is settled and satisfied with your core. Maybe I am twisted. He kept on talking about "it does not matter how many lines (referring to cocaine) you take .... you should calm down with one another ..." I resented the reference as an example as we told him that we don't do that. Makes me wonder what dear DR. PHIL gets up to DR. PHIL likes to look at the clock constantly while we are in session Whether it's his wris****ch or the clock on the wall. We cares right ... "when will i be done with this mixed couple who pays me R800 per hour. When will my pain in my ears be over." This is not why I decided to write this review ... as I can mention a little more than just the above. BUT .... My partner travelled ... and DR. PHIL decided to text me on WhatsApp to find out how I am doing... I responded by telling him that I am okay but if he could please check in with my boyfriend... sending him the number of my life partner of 8 years. Dear DR. PHIL ... told my boyfriend ... to be careful of me ... as this is a COMMON PATTERN of black chicks dating white men. They wanna take their money and run. My boyfriend is back home and only told me this story now as he did not want to hurt me after being hurt himself by this GREAT DR. PHIL. He told me that he has told the doctor that what he said is not helpful and really unacceptable coming from him. And that he never wants to talk to him again. I was the one who found this guy because I was in distress... I am still in DISTRESS. Now he added to my muddy mind. You are supposed to try and help when someone is screaming doc. NOT AID TO THEIR MYSERY. What the hell is wrong with you? YOU NEED HELP DR.
