I app**** for the UIF maternity benefits on the 5th of July, till today I haven't gotten any response, and when I call they say I must wait for the response. My question is with thousands of UIF employees, it takes more-than a month for an application to be assessed? What is the use of contributing to UIF if we can't be assisted when in need? I mean we apply for those benefits because we are in need.
Absa vehicle finance did me wrong. They debited my payment from an old account (Capitec) that I changed 8 months ago, then I called and asked them not to debit again from the other account( FNB), but they did and the payment bounced. After few days they returned the money to the capitec acc, I called and wrote an email, they told me that they are having systems problems. Now m getting calls from them saying that I missed my payment, so should I suffer for their system problems? Should I have a bad credit record because of their system. This banks are abusing us, now m being called countless times as if its my fault. This is going to end very ugly, I refuse to suffer for Absa's carelessness, a good credit record is very important for a black child.

I called Hatfield Mazda to book a service for my car. The lady from booking department communicated in Afrikaans and she was so rude. For me this is pure racism, the medium of instruction is English. Service providers can’t be communicating in Afrikaans
All I can say is if you care about your bank balance, stay away from this scammers. I requested a nano package and they installed an early warning, I complained for about six months, and they never fixed it.
Capitec is so dissapointing, I have a funeral plan with them and they just decide to debit anytime they feel like. Imagine they just debited my last money yesterday instead of the 27th, when I ask they tell me its because of the holiday, I mean holiday does not mean I have money. Arg I am so dissapointed. I understand why credit providers does not prefer capitec, it is incompetent.
