I give one star because Hellopeter FORCES us ****erally) to at least click on something before we continue. I am in Swellendam, it is about 15h00/14h00 in the afternoon. I needed to be transported from Caltex Uitsig Garage/Filling Station in Swellendam to Aan De Eike (In Swellendam still). After a while I get hold of Dewald (from Aviento Guest House in Swellendam - apparently he offers transport services as well) and he agrees to assist me for R100.00. Two things: 1. I paid R100.00. Only to google the distance later, long after the drop off and I was sooooo shocked when google told me that the distance between Caltex Uitsig and and Aan De Eike is actually 1.5 km (about 3 to 5 minutes drive) - AND I PAID R100.00 Surely he knew the distance, I did not. Uber would have been around R30 to R45 2. I was taken aback at how he jumped on the opportunity to discredit the guy I called before him (that guy did not take my call and he did not return my call either). Dewald was so quick and running ahead of me just to tell me how bad that guy is as a service provider and should not be used anymore. He told me all the wrong things the other guy does or did. And when we got to Aan De Eike, instead of helping me with my bags (as it is mostly done) he was ahead of me going empty handed into Aan De Eike just to discredit the other service provider. How bad that other guy is, how he always does the same thing of not taking client's calls, how this establishment should not recommend him anymore to clients, and and and. I am still in lost why would any one, let alone business man behave like that.

Do NOT register with them and DO NOT PAY THEM A CENT: it is a ****. If you do NOT believe me, good luck then They will take your money and NO RESULTS
I have been using Momentum Insurance for my car - WHAT A BLISS. I encourage those who are disgruntled to consider Momentum. BUT... For the house, Nedbank "made it so difficult" to use a different insurance while they are financing my bond - now I regret. With the kind of arrogance from the likes of Nedbank and Wesbank - there is still a huge gap for a new player. If you have money, consider Financial Industry and capitalise on their arrogance. I claimed for repairs on my house (for which I am paying insurance - making Nedbank rich). Now they cannot cover the claim because the claim has expired. Guys what are we been taken for? Yet I was paying the insurance before the claim, I am still paying the insurance as we speak and am expected to continue paying.... They followed up few times, about 4 or 5 - I missed those and they say: claim cancelled and am not allowed to reopen the claim. If I was owing them would they have limited their follow ups to the same amount? You and I know that they will call me 10 times in 5 minutes following. To those with money - consider financial industry (banking and insurance alike). Until then, can we try insurances like Momentum and stay away from the likes of Nedbank and Wesbank
Dear Telkom My data contract with you is coming to an end at the end of July 2021 - and I am glad. I have noted with disgust though how, since I requested that you do not renew the contract, for the past 2 months the data which used to last me for a month has all of a sudden been depleted even the first 10 days of the month is past. Last month the same data which used to last me for a month was depleted on the first 7th day of the month and I bought top ups not less than R300 so that I could have data until the end of the month - so you did make money out of me: congratulations. Again this month on the 10th, data was depleted: I am not going to buy any top up this time. I am rather comparing to find another provider and I will be taking a new contract with another SP as soon as possible. For this month, I am not going to ask for itemised billing so I can see where did all the data go. The reason I am not going to ask for details is because last month I requested for the report: 1). You took your time to send it 2). You sent a report with a wrong number (I know it was not deliberate, right?) 3). I then requested you to send me the correct report, and am still waiting to date. So it is alright, you have made your money but you will never see me again as a customer: NEVER.
They do not even deserve a star. Not so long ago Telematics protected their service provider who refused me to use the toilet facilities on site. Matrix arrogantly decided to ignore my suggestion to investigate the behaviour as I sensed discrimination but rather Matrix chose NOT TO INVESTIGATE in the way that could have gotten to the root of the matter. NOW AGAIN, on a new one - Matrix sent me a tow truck to assist me home. The return trip for the tow truck was around 65kms at maximum. The tow truck apparently charged R1648 and few cents. Matrix paid service provider R500 and has since been demanding me to pay R1148 and cents. Not that I am surprised given how my previous complaint was handled and the disrespect I suffered. I have been calling in - so far to no assistance. I have same service (tow truck) from McCarthy and I have never paid nor been expected to pay a cent, and most IF not all the tow services I received through McCarthy were either double the Matrix distance or even more. BUT NOT ONCE has McCarthy said there is an outstanding balance which I need to pay from my pocket. Having used Matrix once, comparing it with McCarthy who I use regularly I now can confirm that those who are using Matrix need to check with McCarthy and compare services. As we speak my complaints is still not resolved after 3 months and not sure how long it will last. Judging from their behaviour - I will be surprised if they said I need to pay nothing. I have sent my contract to receive an advise if it is legally possible (penalty free) as I want to cancel it. Matrix after my current contract: NO MORE
They do NOT even deserve a star. Do not pay anything for their services. All the positions they advertise are positions advertised in other platforms and you can get them for free from PNet, Ineed, Careerjunction and so on. All they do is collect what they call senior or executive positions from other websites and make you pay for what they call premium subscription. IF you have money to waste, you will do better by either sponsoring and entrepreneur or by donating it to a homage.
The following is the email I sent to Tracker (car tracking company with a yellow logo) "Good day Thank you for your response. Please cancel the stop order, meaning September 2020 month (because it has been already paid for) will be my last month with you and there should NOT be any deductions from my account starting today the 15 September 2020 going forward. If there are any forms I need to sign or processes I need to follow in order to successfully cancel, please let me know as soon as possible so I may complete such on time I will demand back any deductions going out of my account after this email communication. Also, kindly confirm with me that indeed it has been cancelled" End of the email sent to Tracker. This email was sent on the 15 September 2020 at 12h40 to info@tracker.co.za. I made it very clear that they must NOT debit my account at the end of September for October. AND GUESS WHAT.........???? You are right, how did you know - indeed they debited my account still. They took my money. No response to my email, no question, no clarity, no communication: just ignore that email and let the debit go through. Now guess what: I have to now spend money from my pocket AGAIN chasing after them to refund the money they took from me. You run from Matrix - then Tracker will also show you one or two things. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE LIKE THAT???? I advise you to check f Tracker (or any other company) has not been deducting your money without your permission.
We are forever being taken for a ride ... Club Maccarthy does not get the pain of holding the line for combined duration of 15 minutes waiting for "the next available consultant" - I WISH SOME SO CALLED MANAGER COULD WAKE UP AND IMAGINE IF WE HAVE MONEY TO SPEND WAITNG ON THE LINE WITH EACH COMPANY WE CALL Ridiculous I spoke to Lerato just before 15h30, she promised me the tow truck was coming, as I am typing this complaint at 17h30 - no tow truck, no communication - these are the people who have an amount automatically going out of my account every month ALL FOR THIS RUBBISH SERVICE And I try to call back to hear what the hell is their uselessness, and you have to still hold on for that long still..... I wish there was another way of living without these so called service providers.
Yesterday I received a very impressive service from Matrix (Mix telematics). The same Matrix which sent me to Brits Auto Radio, the same Brits Auto Radio which told me I cannot use their toilet facilities. I had a great support from Mix Telematics yesterday - I am happy, thank you. Especially Tshepo from an amazing service. Ke a leboga rra. I however will still be taking my business away from Matrix for sending me to Brits Auto radio.
