Useless company
Useless company, I paid all duties on the 2nd August and still awaiting delivery. I phoned their "hotline" but no reply. I have lost confidence in Temu now that they are using this courier company.

Don't Waste your money
Useless, I ordered and paid for a router on the 24th (three days ago). No communication on updates at all. When I try and follow up I get the response that the order is invoiced with no delivery date in sight. In the description it said that it was in stock.

Great Job keep going
The guys there are jacked up; I sent them a WhatsApp about the stock and shortly after rep**** with the accurate information. Bought a Razor and blades, the next day got my order.

Don't touch, unless you like stress and delays
I ordered a parcel from China, the parcel arrived at their offices and needed to clear customs. I was four days before they even acknowledged its' existence, called me but I was not able to take the call at that time. I phoned their offices about 20 times and only got through to a person 4 times, three of which were transfers to an unanswered number.

ZERO COMMUNICATION
I ordered and paid for brackets from sustainable.co.za and heard nothing from them. After two days emailed them asking for feedback ... no response then only after phoning them and asking where my stuff is did they START my order FIVE DAYS LATER.

Few places with this level of service
Great service, I have now made three orders with them and so far no problems. Special thanks to Jaco for helping me with my last two orders as they were a bit tricky logistically.

Great Job
I bought a batteries and other items from Solar Shop. They were quick to process my order and send it out. There was a mix-up with the battery size but they corrected the issue an got the correct items delivered the next day, without me having to phone and follow up at all. These guys go the extra mile to help their customers and I would recommend anyone using them.

Job well done
The staff are professional in their work. They get the work done in time and only leave when job is done and the client is happy. If for any reason they are not able to finish the job, such as rain, they will come as soon as they are able to do so. When we had a problem with filter pipe that they installed, they came and fixed it at no charge to myself.

Good service
Ordered supplies online. One item was out of stock and the next day I was informed about the delay. The delivery date was not communicated but luckily I was available.
