The room was nit cleaned on day two of our stay and there was a lot of noise from the pool party almost the whole night.
The consultant was very friendly and patient. I had a bad line with the network but he called back.
The return process is appalling . You don't have anyone to talk talk and the message on the app don't give you options to reply. I've logged a return for a vaporesso target 200 which was faulty. They requested accessories which include consumable like a coils. All the coils were burned and i throw them away . Now they want the same coils to conclude the return.
I placed order on 26 March 2020 for IR thermometers. The company is Sydgo manged by Sydney and Tertia Butler. I contacted them on several occasions and they kept on referring to post office customers service as if i bought the goods from ppst office. They gave me a tracking number but post office it can't find the parcel. I contacted the seller by email again and their response was " , please phone 0860 111 502 with your tracking numbers, your order is at JHB mail center, the delay is on the SA side, the above SA postal services tel. number will be able to give you estimated deliver to your post office as per your address as well as location of your parcels + SA tracking issued to international tracking numbers." I contacted Bidorbuy but still no response. We are surely not protected from these fraudulent sellers.
The repair of out of warranty TV at game Kathu is a shocker. I took my JVC tv for repair in May 2020 and 07 Aug 2020 i was told their supplier doesn't have the parts to repairthe TV . They are returning my tv without repairing it and the manager at Game kathu said they don't know what to do.
