I requested to speak to a supervisor as the agent I spoke too has no clue what she is doing and did not address my query but instead kept asking me irrelavant questions not related to my query.
I regret why I even stopped at the mall to listen ending up accepting the sale of something that has never worked, after numerous attempts with their IT trying to download the software this things never worked and I was being charged for this even though Lion minds was aware. I then requested a cancellation which was never actioned but was offered a product which I was told is better but I wanted nothing to do with Lion minds , the sale was rushed at the mall and was told I can cancel at anytime but it was a lie, on top of the debit they charging for a product tht never worked they want to charge me for cancellation and they sent me a contract. I regret ever dealing with Lion Minds its *******
I paid for an order that I never received order was delivered to a wring address which I did not select and no refund because of your driver was in a rush to knock off work.
Worst service ever, I regret the day I signed up with Rain, have been sending emails in the last 2 months all my emails are being ignored no service at all but charge you for no service at all
Poor service, I have been waiting for over a month and still no installation my emails are just being ignored.
Very disappointed not sure how many times I must call you asking to speak to a supervisor and we already over a month still waiting for a supervisor to call.Very bad service
I am very disappointed at how my claim was handled, not happy at all.
Poor service, after days of being given run arounds and being lied to by the agents today they finally sent a very rude courier guy who insulted me over the phone all because I was not at home at the time when he decided to turn up for delivery. I have had to cancel a lot of my plans to make sure I am available for them and they never pitched nor did they call me to tell me they no longer coming .Today is the 4th time and I still do not have my sim card they expected me to sit the whole day and wait for their delivery guy.
Worst service I regret ever using them their call center is useless, each time you ask to speak to a supervisor then hang up or take your details lie to you that someone will call you back. I paid for my subscription on the 29th and it was never activated, I have to make several calls and was only reconnected almost 2 weeks later with no apology and I was just told they will extend my viewing which too was a lie as my viewing was disconnected before my query was been resolved. Am being given run arounds and no one takes accountability of the payment error allocations.
I visited the Standard bank branch at Mall@Reds today and was assisted by a very professional and very helpful lady by the name Fetsi Mohlala.This lady knows what she is doing and does it with so much passion which is something you hardly find in some banks in South Africa.Fetsi keep up the good work you will really go very far.
