Please don't order from Makro online store! Their service is very poor. They list items that is not in stock! Then you get told sorry you will have to wait for a refund! This has happened twice to me now, not to mention when you order something you don't get what was advertised. When you call Makro they simply can't assist you. This is false advertising at its best. And don't even bother to call head office because the phone just rings! Don't waist your time or money at Makro online store it's a ****
I've supported Takealot a lot in the past, but I have realized they don't take pride in their customers or service. I recently purchased a big order for my sons birthday, when I collected my order I was disgusted. They computer keyboard I paid R1100 for was covered in oily food stuck to the box( like someone was eating pitza on the box) I left it, tried cleaning the box with a cloth and soap as it was supposed to look like a new item for my sons gift not a secondhand item and I didnt have more time to wait for a refund on the item. I then tested my other items only to find the mouse I ordered don't have supporting software as described. The screen protector for my phone had no glue like it was a reject( mind you this has happened more then once) I have decided after taking my items back that, I would rather buy an item in a store where I can test it and get a full refund immediately if I am not happy( not wait 5 or more days for a refund) which has left me in a with a delema, I now don't have the money to purchase the gifts I wanted for my sons birthday. I think their customer service suck! You pay cash and make immediate payment for a order, yet when you unhappy and return items.. you then have to wait for your money till they feel like refunding it.
Please don't waisted your time with this store they dishonest and ***** your banking info to use for *****. Be very careful
I was a regular at Galaxy Bingo River squere, and used to go there often in the past. I don't go there anymore because I realised the machine is combined as it keeps saying waiting for other players. I've spend R30 000 in 2 weeks and not once have I left there with money. The machines just take your money. I went to Emerald casino and put R200 in a machine and got R12000! I think the machines are set at Bingo to just take your money, it's not like it used to be in the past were the machines actually gave you allot of bonuses and you won something atleast. I've spend more then R3000 a day at Bingo on difrent machines and yes disappointing to say but a reality don't waist your time at Bingo Galaxy to try win money, unless you have allot of money to waist.
Not happy with the service received, paid allot of money to have moles removed on my son with cryotherapy Dr.fortune Hute reassured me it will remove the moles on my son. Got home and a few days later I see absolutely nothing has happened to these moles. I called the practice back, only to be told I have to pay R900 for another consultation after I just paid over R5000 for our consultation with the Dr. without being informed ahead about all exstra costs involved. I feel mislead and misinformed about everything. I really had high expectations for this Dr. sad to think that everything these days revolves around money and not the patients needs.
I had a to many problems with Makro stores and their online purchase, to know now that I will never buy from their stores again. Firstly you pay cash for a item that's supposed to be new then you get secondhand broken stuff delivered to your door. You then have to go in and return item (a fridge) and wait about 7 days for a refund! I made another purchase online it's 5 days already still not processed, best is you order from their site and then pay them cash only to see item is out of stock and now you being refunded which is going to take 7 or longer days again. I won't buy from Makro again customer service suck.
What a horrible experience banking at this bank, from opening a account,to customer service, to laying complaints! You get no resolution to any problems you waist your time calling as none of there consultants pick up the phone and by the time they do you have waited an hour or longer calling about 4 to 5 different times just to get some assistance!!!!!!.... Please don't waist your time banking with them I'm definitely going to close my account and go safe somewhere else were you feel you are part of a bank that has your concerns at heart.
Please dont buy from this store!!!! I was robbed from my money paid R1950 for goods I never received , and company refuse to refund me.
Please dont purchase from this store, you will wait forever to get your parcel I am waiting 2 months now for a parcel I should of got in 14 days! And I paid for speed post mind you.....best is you dont get refunded if you complain and ask for your money back..... hard lesson learned .
Please dont ever purchase anything from Wish you will be making a big mistake , I spend allot of money on this site only to never see the goods and waist my time! Best is I'm still waiting to get a refund or receive my order Its been months now....Please dont waist your time people or money.
