Give them zero rating! They delivered a faulty fridge of the 17th of December and requested a return, till today they haven't collected it! They send me an SMS everyday saying that it will be collected before 5pm. I still do not have a working fridge till today (3 January 2025)
Renault poor customer service/ Renault triber 2021 factory fault?? I booked my car for service last week (02 October 2024) with Renault Tygervalley. They told me that they are going to diagnosed it. Till today (09 October 2024), I do not have my car back with me. They do not give me any report unless I call then. When I called, they told me that the car has a wiring problem (Mon, 7th). Today, I called the head office, they told me the car has a starter problem and it has not been loaded for warranty claim. I have been struggling to get to work for a week now, they are not providing me with any updates. My car is still with them. They have not started to fix it at ll. I regret buying Renault triber 2021 model!

I am very disappointed by the service of Ngcobo Nedbank branch. My mom's account was blocked and she couldn't draw money. So she went in to Engcobo branch I think on the 9th or 10th of January and they took her fingerprints. Her account was not unlocked, she was told that they are going to send her details over to the Homeaffirs for verification and by Friday of the 13th it will work. Come Friday, the account was still blocked. She went in again on the 16th and she was told that the system is down, she must come back on Friday, 20th. She stays in the rural area, the cost of going to town is R70 return. She is not work, she earns old age grant. The money that they lock in her nedbank is our contribution to her daily living expense. She spent almost R500 now traveling to town to sort out her nedbank account. Come on Nedbank ! Come on!
Ok furniture they don't even deserve a single rate, I give the zero. I bought couches last month on the 26th and paid them cash. Everytime, I call them I am being told that they are still waiting for them. What a waste of money!
I ordered sneakers in March and they never delivered. Seems like they are online scammers.The guy who seems to be the owner is no longer responding to my calls and messages.I paid online into their capitec account
This online shop scammed me, I placed my order with them on the 16th of March 2020 and I paid, Still today I have not received my stuff. No communication from them! When I send them a message around May they told me, due to the lockdown my order was delayed, Send them another check-up message on the second of July, the told me the same story. When I tried to follow up after that they never replied to me again.
