20 December 2024 bought mystery deal pack at Hyperli that was going for R199 they advertised cell phone, ear ports and other great items except a pen. Waited for the order till February 2025. Bad service ever spoke to 4 customer service agent but no help Didi the team leader never call Frida the manager is always training incompetence agencies. My parcel failed delivery several time and i gave them my number several times. Bad service ever BAD so disappointed. They advised that they use an agent to deliver but they dont have the drivers details and cant contact DPD their agent

Unisa call centre no answer, Financial department no answer please advise how can I get my financial statements I need to apply for funds they closing today at 11am since Tuesday. Please help. Been on the phone for 20minuts yesterday and this morning no answer. This is bad hle every time we get response it's when we put such comments on Hellopeter.
Day light robbery. Bad service , poor skilled Unisa employees, I was charged for modules that i passed and now i am told the amount was put towards my fees while that is mot true. The statement shows no payment added there Unisa please employee poeple that are able to assist us. No one answers the email nor phone calls. Finance department failure, even the departments dont fight for us. This is Sad and irritating.
One does not get help at UNISA. They over charge us. Now i have to pay for a module that i passed and the one i will be writing suplimentary on the 23rd. They charged me full amount of R1095 not R250. When i send email to finance there is no reply. I need my Money so that i can register for other modules

I am a student at Unisa but I am so sad and angry with the service I already have received.. I sent several emails to Finance, ECON, Rakabe, Virginia. I have not received any assistance. Unisa system faild now i have to pay for their system. They advised thst that we will rewrite the exam in October/November as the system was giving a bug issue. N and. Now i have to pay R 2190 for two modules that i paid for on first semesterand there is no explanation from all of the above contact except that Virginia said they are waiting ICT report but i have to pay for their problems. When you call no one answer. This is frustrating i need help.. I wash people's laundry around township so I can pay for my fees now Unisa is doing day light robbery. I want explanations, want that amount to be removed from statement.
