The service we received from Petport for Norris on the despatch side was excellent. The driver was on time and very calm when he had to help me get a hysterical and frantic cat into the box. We were always kept informed of his journey. He arrived in George safely and is a very happy single cat in his new home. I would recommend Petport for cat travel locally.
This morning (at 8h15) my car would not start. This is despite having a new car battery installed 8 days ago (possibly Tracker device oroblem). I phoned Tracker to inform them that you need to come out and help me. They would NOT come out for me. My husband called them (the account holder) and Tracker has still not bothered to get in contact with us or help with the car. We are going to request a removal of the device and deactivation of the account. The one time we need help TRACKER IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND.
My husband and I joined UCook in 2017 and have not looked back! We love the variety of dishes and the number of choices - wow, has it grown since 2017 when you only had 3 dishes in a category that was rigid. Now you can choose ANYTHING from around 20 dishes! Hubby loves doing the cooking and I'm relegated to the prep! The best is that I only have to decide at the beginning of the week what we'll eat for the week (we often have leftovers for hubby for his lunchbox the next day) and we don minimal grocery shopping! Everything for the dish comes packed in one bag which is refrigerated until needed.
This is the second time I've used Parcelspot. The first time everything went well and my parcel arrived timeously. This time around I am totally disappointed in their service. Despite sending emails to them asking them about my parcel, they fob you off with platitudes. I would have thought that if parcels were your business you would try and keep customers informed about issues and delays and KEEP TRACK of the parcels sent under their stewardship. But no, no information is forthcoming. I have explained that my parcel was time-sensitive, but that doesn't bother them in the least. They are also constantly off-line and do not answer phones, and take FOREVER to answer emails. When you do get to chat with them it is equally unhelpful. I will not be using them again in the future.
If you want your parcel to arrive by Globeflight's ETA, IT WON'T. If you want up-to-date tracking with Globeflight, YOU WON'T GET IT. If you want an answer to an online chat query with Globeflight, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. I chose Globeflight, through ParcelSpot's website, as their ETA was 5 days earlier than FedEx's. I obviously paid MORE for this service. Tracking stopped once the parcel was received at OR Tambo. I only found out 6 days later that it was finally en-route to the USA. Their ETA will probably match the slowest courier now, at a premium cost. They do not update their tracking, nor do they have the common decency to keep you updated as to the whereabouts of your parcel. I WILL NEVER USE GLOBEFLIGHT AGAIN!!!
It looks like my review is the same as countless others - you return a faulty item (it is even COLLECTED from your house) and then you hear NOTHING from then again, despite inundating them with emails every day. I will also not buy anything from them again after this unpleasant exercise.
I can order ink without any hassles. I have ordered a few times already. The prices are very competitive too, when compared with other retailers. My order usually arrives within 2 days.
