Cartrack Masters at Spam
They do not stop calling. Even after they have been requested to remove me from their database and stop calling, many many times. On principle would never support their business.

Worst Car Dealer
WORST car dealer EVER! 1. X7 goes in for an idling issue. Is returned with the issue unsolved and a new issue with the on board computer reporting oil level to high and to stop driving. 2. Goes back to SMG, 8 days later we are informed that they need a part, which will be available in 3 weeks. 3. No Loan vehicle offered (X7 on motorplan) 4. BMW Approves loan vehicle, but then suddenly the vehicle is in the panel beater and not available. Promised a car the following day. 5. Next day NOTHING 6. Phoned in. Phone rings, gets lifted off the hook and then hung up. 7. Phoned back, automated attendant, "you are number 1 in the queue", "you are next", "you are number 2 in the queue" 10 minutes 24 seconds later the call is answered. Put through to the service manager... rings and rings and.... hung up. 8. Phoned back, called answered after 3min 20 seconds. No one available.

Pathetic RMB Service
For the 2nd time in a row, the immediate payment did not work, I got ****ed around for more than an hour each time. Call center is pathetic, and private wealth is pathetic. might as well be with a no-feature bank

VFS Global Idiots
Absolutely beyond pathetic service and total incompetence. Wait almost 1 month for an appointment. They are 1.5 hours late attending to my application. 9 days to send the application to Netherlands Embassy. The trip has to be postponed due to their incompetence. Highly unrecommended.

Fedex is Useless - Avoid at all costs
Useless organization, they don't bother to respond to emails or return messages. Shipments are continuously delayed due to Fedex not processing paperwork. We have been waiting for a shipment which was due to be delivered on last Friday (already late) and since then every day they promise delivery, but the packages just sit in their Hub.

Unprofessional Terrible Service
Highly unprofessional. Made an emergency appointment for 19:30, arrived at 19:20. We were asked to remain at the car as they only admit 1 patient at a time, they then proceeded to service 2 other clients first. After waiting an 1hr20min we left and drove through to Panorama Emergency Vet.
