Be very very careful. I ordered from Uber eats last year. Deleted the app and not used it again as it's too expensive. Never subscribed to anything. On the 1st of January they took money from my account. They took R12.01 as a subscription amount. Why??? I even downloaded the app again to check. Even the app says no subscription, so why are you steeling my money? The banks are useless , no help at all. They probably get a cut from all these ****mers. Now
I've been struggling for 3 days now where Fastway doesn't answer their phones, closing whatsapp chats while they still have not provided any answers, they said they will het back to me, which they never do, when I follow up they ignore me. So how is one supposed to get stuff sorted if Fastway doesn't have any customer service whatsoever!!!! This is extremely disappointing!! I need my package!!!
Won't recommended virseker to anyone. You never get a hold of them, they're app is stupid, they're website doesn't work and there's no one to help you update your stuff. I'm so fed up with them there's no customer service at all!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I'm trying to get hold of makro regarding our product that's not working, but they are ignoring all my attemps to reach them. This is extremely annoying and disappointing. Makro does not give a damn about their customers. think they should be cancelled as I see a lot of people are complaining about their customer service. It's really disgusting that SA businesses is going to s*$&t like this. Be better, do better!!!!
Horrible customer service they talk to you with such disrespect, wouldn't recommend, lots of better places that talk to you like you are a human being and not think they are better than you. Disgusting really that a company speaks to people like this.
Wish I could give 0 stars. You have blocked me from logging into my account for more than a month now. I've send reports, I've send emails and what do you do??? You just ignore me. Why am I not able to log into my account???? You cannot just log people out of their accounts for no reason. You need to fix this ASAP.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Peter Matthys is ********* in his practice and doesn't know how to communicate with clients. He is dishonest and a disgrace to society and shows no shame. Please be very careful, and warn everyone. I do not recommend him at all. He puts in more than one application for rental on one place which he is not allowed to do. Wasting peoples time. All other agents do one application at a time and then if it is not approved they continue to the next candidate. Don't waste your time.

Even with a motivation from my psychiatrist discovery still refuses to pay for my treatment. I understand now why so many people commit suicide because they cannot get the help they need because of their money greed. It's extremely disgusting that so many people see no other way out as to commit suicide just because their medical aid refuses to pay for something. Our MSA is our money, we should be allowed to use it for treatment to help us. Unfortunately only the rich get help in life which is extremely sad and disgusting!!! Wish I could give zero stars!!!
