Wrong Colour / Delivery Delay / Half of the Order Cancelled. What a comedy of errors. Ordered 4 x Cushion Covers on 1st November (as above - Brown). Takelot cancelled half the order as they only had 2 in stock, and the Supplier is out of stock. I received the 2 this morning. They are BLACK. So which imbecile in "packing" thought that Black is even remotely similar to the above colour???? To make things worse, I have found another 2 at Makro online which has now been ordered. So, I will probably end up with 2 of the above (the right colour) and 2 black ones. Yes, I can return them, I am aware....but what an absolute sh-t show!!!
This 5 star review is not for Frogfoot the company per se. But for one of their employees who went the extra mile in getting my Fibre up and running after 13 days of being pushed from pillar to post by Frogfoot / Echo & RSAWeb. His name is Heinie Gentle. He spent hours sorting out the issue and replacing the "new" ONT box as well as liaising with RSAWeb telephonically to sort out admin settings. I hope Frogfoot takes congnizance of this rare breed of an employee.
Excellent same day service from David at Simply Fix. He replaced the broken part and got our gas stove working in short shrift. Would highly recommend 👌
Total lack of communication. Never answer emails. Very quick to take your money though. I will no longer take my business here.
Talk about going the extra mile!! The only company who actually managed to source the correct shocks for my car (after requesting quotes from various companies). Hat's off to Darryl, Waleed, Greg & the team on the floor (as well as the very friendly lady at front desk.) Total transparency from start to finish, showed me the issues before they commenced work and took into consideration my budget. Car is driving like a dream. I won't go anywhere else in future and highly recommend their superior service.
I have been trying to blacklist my phone which was stolen since Saturday. It is now Monday. I have phoned 3 x and spoken to 3 people who promise to escalate it. Now they are offline...so i must call back. ***!!!!!

Our business fibre has been down since last week. First phoned Afrihost who could not resolve it remotely. Afrihost logged a call with Frogfoot for a tech to come out. Nothing happened. I logged a ticket with Frogfoot, nothing happened. Followed up on the ticket and it says it has been resolved. I logged another ticket, followed up this morning, and it says it's been resolved. I phoned Frogfoot and the very rude and unprofessional receptionist told I need to contact Afrihost. I told her I needed a tech, and Frogfoot has offered no support!! She put the phone down on me. So if you want any kind of service steer clear of Frogfoot.
