RCS has been debiting my account for the past 8 years, my credit card limit was for R3000 but till date I haven’t paid it off. Please make me understand why you are robbing people? I have paid back at least R20 000 and when I requested a settlement it’s the same value as my initial limit. Pls make me understand.

Best Customer Service ever
First of all I would like to specify that my review is for Northgate shopping centre. There’s a young gentleman who works there by the name of Frans and has better yet the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced.

Desperate for service.
Horrible service. A patient is denied water and after having had bought and took water for him it took two hours for himself to receive the parcel. So one must then drop everything and go in person to get things done. I’m thoroughly frustrated. I’m in awe at the service that we are receiving, given the amount of money that is being charged for the service.

Cell c legals dept.
Cell c customer care is horrible. I called countless times for assistance with them clearing my credit with them. I canceled my contract, paid off all outstanding amounts yet l apparently still owe them R170 that blocks me from opportunities.
