i am still waiting for my sons card since i opened it december the 9th
i opened an account for my son On the 10the of December in nedbank mall of africa ...i still have not gotten the card till today
im still waiting for internet being activated since last month
i had a contract 2 years settled R800 more than i should have asked for my money ended up giving up,now I'm being told to wait 72 hours before settling this is unacceptable really
I made a payment on the 27th sent a proof of payment it still does not reflect and I am not able to cancel and settle the account

Fnb still claims I owe them after they promised me they loses my account and saw my payment, I feel like someone is not doing what they are supposed to do and we customers become victims, who is going to pay for the fake legal costs?
I had an overdraft by FNB.. And on the 3rd of April I paid it off an amount of R8800 through transferring from my capitec account... Today I recieved a call saying That I have a R1000 I feel like fnb is taking us for a ride.. I'm not working but trying to keep my name clean by all means
