I am very happy with the great service, professionalism and support I got from bls WhatsApp chat line, my concern was solved and I did also received my refund as promised!!!!
I was handed over to nimble credit solutions by tracker after some issues, I eventually paid off my account and requested closure, duly so on the 27th of July 2024 I received an email confirming the ticket closure, after I complained about notices of debt on the tracker account of which by then I had already paid it off Now of late I am being flooded with notices of demand for the same account ... This is really unfair and a harassment.
Since lodged a complaint in early March 2024 against Edgars store's. The response was that the matter has been referred to CGSO.... and that an agent will contact me... Till now haven't heard from them...
I've been an account holder with edgars for more than twenty years now, had different products with them including insurances. I lost my permanent employment in 2017 and I by almeans kept my account in good standing, but now of late I've been struggling to make ends meet. The last time I communicated with them my debt was around R7000+, I made arrangements to pay and only managed to pay varients of R500 and sometimes R600 of which is half the required instaments. Now things are bad and I requested them to Close my account and that I make other plans / arrangements to settle that... My request seems to be falling on deaf ears!!! Now my fear /is. This amount is growing bigger by day due to the interests added and of late they sent me a message that I have been handed to debt collectors... Pls Help. Will this debt /account be canceled /sc****d by my death.
Was dismissed in 2017 for a strike, currently reapp**** for a post in another government department, I was appointed and signed on the 1st July 2023. On the 4th July 2023 I was stopped for my name/ persal has to be unblocked by treasury. ? What does it take to get cleared and how long does it take, Any possibility of reemployment.
Visited old mutual branch in Vosloorus Chris Hani mall after I received an email from (old mutual) for some documentation to fill out and submit, this was in relation to the benefit claim started by data factory tracing in January 2022, I followed the process through old mutual Facebook page!!! The consulting lady was very rude, told me how she can't help since my policies had long lapsed, tried showing her the email I have and the Facebook page interaction with old mutual, she blatantly told me that all this is fake and a Scam, I came out of the place very ashamed and frustrated (tail between my legs) the lady was screaming and everyone looking at me. All I expected was a professional conduct, even if what I went there for was a SCAM as she claimed, she had all the resources to phone the head office and verify the email I got.
I would like to complement the lady by the name of Siphesihle in the sales department for her excellent service, very calm collected and very patient... A great asset for the company.
