Although staying less than one kilometer away from Checkers Raslouw, who has a full liquor store I am unable to order beer on the Sixty60 app. No support from contact center nor email. Even received an invite from Checkers to order Beer on the application due to world beer day
Phoning call center 0860506070 to establish why one policy number has vanished......after 15min, call was just cut-off. Phoned again holding on for 31 min getting sick to listen to voice"please do not hang up" "we know how precious your time is"
Vodacom Fibre out of order since 25 August....this creates a major problem for working from home. I have forwarded 3 requests to the CEO but problem still not sorted out. Problem lies with a loose wire at the outside box on the pole. Shocking service. Service consultants keep on saying "your request has not been allocated yet". Twitter request also ignored.
