Used their service in march to repair 2 garage doors, this morning while trying to get to work, the door was stuck midway and didnt want to open. Called them for assistant, they only came in the afternoon, upon inspection they told me it will cost me another R3500 for a temporary fix, or R6500 for motor replacement, this is a new door that I have had for less than a year, The lack of empathy from the one tech and the lady at the office was unbelievable, I asked if they can help me get my car out to get to work tomorrow they said it will cost me R950. I told them to leave because the point of using them instead of a random repair person was to have peace of mind and avoid such situations. Useless to say the least and would not recommend their services to anyone.
I am writing this to you with a heavy heart of disappointment,regarding the level of unprofessionalism,I have received recently after many years of engagements. I took my Milex infrared heater for the bulb to be fixed om my heater that is currently retailing at R5999 at any major supplier. When I called in a month later to follow up as they never take this long to do any repairs I have asked for in the past,only to find out that the Centurion store for my feedback from head office some time back and never bothered to inform me. When I went to collect I was given a heater that is smaller than what I submitted to them, I challenges the smaller demo that they wanted to give me as its last that half of my original heather and has to pay R1000 for it , which I might add has its own tech problems as it was not as hot as the one I submitted, Instead of resolving this matter ammicably I was to or leave it, they kept me waiting another month while my kids froze at home during the cold front with hopes tht my heater will be returned after being fixed , im then presented with the banged up heater they launched over 3 years ago. If im expected to take the small heater worth 2k I would rather get a second small heater to compensate me on the financial loss im currently in as the moments. Service was poor to say the leaset and delivery on a smaller product is jist plain insulting to ms.
good day. I need assistance with getting connected again, as my account is up to date yet my services have been cancelled, Enquired yesterday with one of the consultants and they said they would assist and this is the second day still not connected. Im working from home meaning this is affecting my job , i need to be reconnected urgently. When its disconnected due to a fault on your side the service is professional and swift with a happy to help attitude. Yet if the error is on the consumer side the service is rather unpleasant and rude with the customers needs discarded. i did miss a debit order a few months ago however my account has been up to date for 2 months now and only got my subscription cancelled yesterday for a debit i missed in jan . Im not happy with service . Now im told it might take upto 14 days to get connected again. So not only am I impacted but my family as well.
i want this subscription to cancelled with immediate effect. I never wanted a monthly contract. Its so easy to sign up for a trial but to cancel is a nightmare .. I dont want it , i want my money back. I have been sending emails and messages with no reply or response. CAncel this thing now
While I thought I was enjoying a bank with good monthly charges, it has been a nightmare trying to get any direct help from them , have sent several emails just to get a comfimation letter for over 2 weeks and no one has bothered to get back to me. There is no beach to go to for help . So i need to understand what is one to do in this situation? Because your lack of communication is costing me money and a huge inconvenience in my life. I might as well go back to fnb service was way better than this . The least you can do is to have more options for self service cause this is ridiculous.
This is my third encounter with PEP Attlyn ... Since 2021 When ever i have to have a package delivered here there is always stories and excuses never my package .. The manager JOYCE DITSHEGO the *********** manager is always the issues if she is not in a hurry to knock off before time , she is the one that signs for my package and it never found afterwards. She has no people skills nor a sense of urgency .. She is the reason why we leave atteridgeville and receive the package in centurion to avoid the inconvenience without even an apology .. Can this lady be disciplined please cause seems like just because she is servicing in a black community we deserve bad service.
Had medical aid with discovery and recently changed jobs , i have struggled for over 2 months to get discovery to call me back or email back to move my account to my private capacity ,Eventually someone called me and they seemed to be doing a great job , apologized for the inconvenience cause and proceeded to assist , Or so I thought. Little did i know that she was not reinstating or continuing my cover but she created a new medical aid for me , where i now have a 3 months general waiting period. Question is why should suffer for the incompetence of the discovery staff who failed to assist me in the 2 months i was under new employment. I need this matter escalated to management to assist further and fix this as i will not allow the waiting period , if i have to have a waiting period i would rather start new medical aid with another provider where i will even pay cheaper for my medical aid .
Went to nando's for lunch ordered food with specific requests , non of them were met chicken was not even sauced , after ordering mozam/p with extra sauce, not forgetting the ladies attitude when taking our order. honestly they could really learn from atteridgeville nando's , years later still good service and food is good. had a horrible dry lunch today.
The service is below standard. Staff is rude. Manager is rude. And they wonder why we hate going to black area its because we deserve better service. They are not doing us a favor its their job that they promised good customer service. This is Pep Attlyn in atteridgeville.
