I previously faced significant delays with an international shipment through FedEx that took over a week or two to clear. The waiting period was incredibly frustrating, as there was little communication on when I could expect delivery. I decided to write a review on Hellopeter to express my concerns. To my surprise, on the same day I posted my feedback, I received a call from FedEx to arrange delivery within the next two days. Today 30/01/2024 I was expecting a delivery from JHB to CPT Campost Transport, they sent a vague SMS yesterday to say they will deliver today 30/01/2024 and they stipulated the times between 08h00 and 17h00. I live in South Africa and I work 9-5. Today at around 10:02 I received a phone call from the driver to say that he was at the gate and I politely told him I was not home I was at work and asked if he could come back later even if it meant I was the last one to receive my delivery I will be home then. He rudely dismissed me and told me that he couldn't come back, I needed to call the office to reschedule for another time. I asked him why he didn't call me first before he came so I could get home when he arrived and then we won't have issues, he said he expected someone to be home, then he hung up the phone. Around 12h00 I called the office the call centre agent lady was very polite however in the background was her manager who took over the phone to emphasize his position in the company and was utterly rude about it. The gentleman was not willing to assist or listen to my complaint. he kept accusing me that I called everyone rude which was not true but his way of running away from the truth. he ended up hanging up the phone without letting me know when they would deliver my parcel, this could be tomorrow, next month, or next year, and because there was no resolution the same issue could occur AGAIN. this company has no customer service the team is unprofessional, from the driver to the manager. They team up on you to make you look guilty. I am so disappointed in the service I received. I will not advise anyone to use Campost transport. I paid so much money to be treated like this. there are so many options out there this one is a NO GO.
A disgusting and continuous behaviour.. I sent stuff using Aramex on the 13th February 22 from CPT to Manopane (PTA) for an overnight courier can be up to 72 days depending on the area as they would say.. but 2 weeks in going for 3 now the receiver has not received her package.. the App shows that the package is In Transit till to date... when I followed up fee days ago the consultant told me the package was at their facility somewhere and it will be delivered the following morning... 4/5 days later this morning I call the other consultant tells me the package is not traceable she will escape the matter. I mean how can a parcel that was on it's way disappear In the system just like that.. . this is not for the first time this happens prior the package was never captured when it was collected o followed u the package was gone and sadly nothing was done about the issue... today I'm I'm the similar situation where the package is nowhere to be found, this is THEFT and i will not tolerate. I want the package to be delivered TODAY and if you cant deliver..return it back to the sender I will use a competent service provider because clearly you are NOT.. Aramex I want my package it is worth thousands . I don't have money to play.. I have put blood and sweat to the items inside. Don't play that game...
SAProperty is the worst, Michael Bauer is useless in managing the agent. ... I have received nothing but pathetic service from SAProperty, they have been sending me a levy statement on a monthly basis which indicates that I am behind with a 1-month payment, which is not entirely true. after months of trying to tell them that I don't owe levies and they should amend the statement they sent me a spreadsheet with their tracking as well as POPs, and they requested proof for the month I said i paid which it was a very easy thing for me to do. I sent them a POP I also edited their spreadsheet to show them where they had a gap. After sending this information, i never received any correspondence from them, after a month they come back to me with a statement reflecting the outstanding amount they claim I owe. I emailed them again 3 days ago to ask them to rectify the statement with no response... I am really tired and disgusted by their service Fairooz and Marion are so unprofessional they are very good at ignoring people. I will not pay any extra money into your account.
I have dropped a parcel at one of the Aramex boxes at the BP Garage on the 11th and luckily I have taken a picture of a tracking number. I tracked the parcel online and it gave me an error, I then called Aramex and confirmed that they could not trace my parcel then they requested info on the parcel the date, etc to launch the investigation. I have been waiting for over a week to get a feedback. The parcel has been missing since the 11th June today its the 27th. Aramex I need answers you have inconvenienced me in so many ways. I need to know where my parcel went.
I have had the most disgusting service from the Precious brand Hair Couture. She advertised on IG that she has a Sale that was on the 28th May. I purchased hair from her 20-inch full-frontal for R2450 including courier Aramex which takes about 2-3days to deliver. I paid it in immediately and sent POP and she, therefore, confirmed that she has received the money. I have been waiting for the hair to date. When I follow up with her she tells me I must be patient they are dealing with lots of orders. The other day the 21st June 2021 I followed up again she says to me she will send me a tracking number in few minutes.. few minutes turned into hours, hours turned into days, and literally, the whole process turned into a month since the day I purchased the hair. I have requested a refund and she refused to refund me because of the policy she has in place even though she is the one in the wrong. We want to support local businesses, making it difficult for me to trust another local supplier with your terrible service. Precious your service is POOR and I want my money back. You have put up another sale, yet you have not sent my hair.. you are ridiculous and I want my money now.

Talk about poor service that is exactly what FEDEX offers. This is my second time experiencing horrible service from Fedex. My package was schedule to arrive the 29th December, they sent an invoice which I had paid the 28th December. The 29th they failed to deliver i gave them a call to follow up the consultant told me they had not loaded the invoice on the system but they will still deliver same day 29th. The 30th I waited and still nothing. Then the 31st first thing in the morning I called to follow up , one of the consultant told me the driver could not find the address and he did not call because he was not given the instruction to call. I mean what nonsense is that, this is far from rendering a professional service. How do you not call to ask for directions if you were due to deliver a package? They also told me that they will deliver same day the 31st. Later around 4pm I called again to ask how far is the driver the lady with stinking attitude told me that the delivery will be done on Monday the 4th Jan which in this case its today. Today I called just to ensure the package will be delivered they assured me that it will be definitely delivered and they had confirmed my number and made notes for the driver to call when he get lost. I waited the entire day again for the package I am still waiting till now 16h41. I called again another consultant told me the driver is on his way he will be here in 10min, within 10 min time someone called me with their personal who sounded like a driver to say that he has left the area and could not reach me he is now on his way to the airport. I mean what kind of service is this. This comes with disrespect and undermining people. I WANT MY Package today not tomorrow TODAY. I am disgusted.
I have never received such a bad and poor service from DSTV. I had paid my service on the 25 September a week later I got disconnected , so I basically used the service for 8 days or so. Then after a week or two I decided to call DSTV and follow up the first consultant had told me that the reason they disconnected my service was that someone had phoned them to say they have paid money into a wrong account and the account happened to be mine therefore they moved the money out of my account and disconnected my service. Then the next consultant escallated the matter, i spoke to more than 6 consultants which rsulted to nothing. One onf them requested me to email them POP so that they can allocate the funds accordingly I therefore sent a POP in a form of bank statemnt since I paid my dstv using cellphone banking *120* they rejected the bank statement highlighting the payment to say that it is not valid they want POP from the bank. Then I called the bank to request the POP because we tried with one of the consultants to retrieve the POP on FNB app under transition etc but it did not show reason being the method of payment which was used does not support the request/issue POP in that format. Then the FNB consultant told me that they cannot provide the POP because it was a prepaid . Payment that is made using cell phone banking is recognized as pre-paid therefore they cannot provide POP, in fact there is no POP except for bank statement. I then reported back to DSTV which sent back the email to say I have provided them with invalid POP, till now I have not gotten any resolution so in other words DSTV expect me to change the bank system in order to get the POP they want. I am very upset with the service I have received from the Billing Escalation. How do you put a system in place that you can understand yourself or that you can not troubleshoot.. I am disgusted, you wasted my time, airtime and I have not been able to use the services I have paid for.
I received a call for the delivery from FEDEX after a month trying to get my parcel delivered, I posted my complain on Hello Peter within a period of 2 days was case was finalized. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hello Peter for making it possible for my case to be resolved.. I had terrible experience with FEDEX express service< i was sleeping into depression but thanks to Hello Peter for the intervention. I have not received the parcel yet but it has been released from Customs and it was delivered today but unfortunately they had the wrong address, but definitely tomorrow I will have received it. Hello Peter, i don't know how to thank you please continue helping others as you did for me.
