I did buy some products from them I told them debit order will run on the 7march 2026,now they been debiting my account every week now I have bank charges amouto R180 I need to pay which I spoke to the consultant that they can start debiting 07 March 2026 they did misspelling to be trying to get money now and which was not the agreement bad service and miss selling their products for sales I want that debit order to be stopped it was not in agreement with to debit now every week cancel everything and pay my bank charges
I did a laybye December time i went yesterday to cancel, which i didn't have slip i lost it but I had id i was told to go to the police station to do an affidavit that I lost the slip, but I had an idea then don't consider must use 4taxi to go to police station so the money i used for Uber who's goung to payment i usedR150 return going to Westgate mall to cancel the laybye i must go to the police station again 60rand return ,then go to Westgate mall another R150 while I have an id but I must go to the police station who's going to reimburse my money for transport for stupid affidavit, while I have an id to cancel the laybye, I want my transport money if not next option it will social media, and what is purpose of an id can't you identify me ,I want my transport money cannot spend R400 just to cancel laybye I must go to the police station just want my money for transport and laybye
Clicks Kagiso mall,today around 8 am i went to purchase,there ,we standing on the line while only one cashier this cashier no name tags also she was wearing black top black and brown hair picok hairstyle ,while standing we standing there also ederly people i had make sure they must go and pay we where standing for long time while a lady from capitec, akcakamers they just went to your cashier while she the only cashier i even went to her told her its wrong because this lady shes doing her shopping like us as we also in a hurry to go to work the attitude from click cashier singing that its still in the morning we a making noise while us as customer we not suppose to complain and this not the first time while the line a long other people from the centre from shopprite they will come even they have knock off they will come with family members to shop and tbe dont stand on line we must accept that last pogiso also gave me an attitude i wanted to complain but i let it go so this keep on continue so means all the people who work in the centre if tbey come they dont stand on the line so us the customer we must wait for them to be served and also the attitude its bad doesnt mean if the shop its not in the suburbs we dont know our rights and big customer there i always shop there bad customer service its a no to me ,my question is for people working in there center for them not to be on the line it was done during covid time all the shops but now covid no longer must it continue ? If so the shop must have a cashier and a sign to sat only people working in the centres only that way we will understand but for now attitude rudeness wont tolarate
Woild like to say great service at Westgate,organization is there ,friendly staff also keep the good job good management i think the supervisor yase florida must be sent to wesgate for training to see what is team work ,excellent job at Westgate mall
What a bad service at Ackermans florida,i went there on thursday only two cashier and line was long around 12h00 and 1pm poor guy was working alone and tbe supervisor was just looking at us busy on her phone and the other lady was busy assisting ther other guy with capfin loan so only one person was assit us and the supervisor did nothing to call other people to assit people left and it did not bother her and why less staff whe it sale day knowing people will flock to buy u can c on your cameras people where buying and laybyes i am so disappointed bad service
Would like to thank Egen garage who ever is training petrol attendance they a doing a super job i had never struggle or complain 3attendance will assit at once they check oli pump ur tyre u do have to tell them they see ur window dirty the clean it tbe smile friendly ness even when my tank is low i c other garage i rather drive long for engen just for Good service thank you Egen garage always the giving super excellent service who ever school that training them they a doing excellent job

Hi I bought 2Amasi on 30th September the expering date was 15 October this weekend opened one my kids where complaining that their stomach is running and when I open another bottle it's spoiled before it's expering date I want to send them back my problem is slip but I did swipe it's shows on bank statement on the 30th September will they allow me to send them back with no slip but shows on bank statement
To strandfoam 20 Nicholls street chamdor ,tel 011 769 1411,complaint one of the driver Mr JM Ndou ,company vehicle accident,i need to be assisted its bèen 3month with no luck I tryed calling him he told that he doesn't have the money to pay me ,the accident involving company car and mine happened on the 24march 2023 the driver was I the wrong lane,i spoke to Alwo Burger I give him all the details photo of car accident they told they will contact nothing even sms,email, whatsp nothing ,i tryed calling o11 769 1411 no luck even Mr Ndou no longer answring my calls even I am not working I can't afford to fix the car and I lost bussiness due to this accident I even told him I am Going to take legal actions he not taking me serious as if i was wrong was patien I don't because I am woman they don't take me serious I need the car to be fixed I lost money I cannot transport people anymore can I kindly be assisted before things go south .
My Nephew deposited money amount R8000 on this ac count4096150463 refEE-6515334 it was for Netflix share in July we tried to cancel they told us we must wait it October we has waited so long u need to know is a scam but we checked was legit because they use Absa account 4096150463 can they refund us we been sending email nothing
