Very disgusted at how Sassa treats people My mom hasn't received her Old Age Pension , she's been to the office and was told that everything is correct on the system, up until today she hasn't received anything , and no one is getting back to her about this matter and why she is not getting her money , they are really messing her around , she's now being given the run around after she did everything
I am highly upset, things doesn't get explained properly, then money gts deducted and upon asking for it to be reversed you get told it was for Admin fee, if one wants to cancel the subscription why should they still claim the admin fee they have done nothing for me I want my money back 2500 isn't just money I can afford to give away at this Time of the month
