To whom it may concern I would like assistance with logging a complainant about the service I am receiving at Earth child Mall of the south. I have a 4 month old baby. Somewhere in March her father bought her some cute outfits (3 to 6 months) from Earth child The Glen Mall. I was away because of work and unfortunately couldn't fit the child those clothes " inside your shop" as per sales rep at Mall of the South. When I return home, some of the clothes has been exchange and some already worn but there was this one dress that she didn't wear. I tried to put the dress on her and it was small. I guess to my bad the baby vomited a bit on the dress and I tried to wiped it out. Tuesday last week (1 April 2025) immediately after I saw that the dress is small, I returned it at Earth child Mall of the south. I got there and explained what happened, the lady who worked there said they can't take any decisions and must wait for the store manager to come, assess the dress and will give me feedback the following day. Come Wednesday, no feedback (mind you, I left the dress at their store) Thursday still no feedback, then later I CALLED the store to check for an update. The lady( I think her name is Ayanda) with an attitude said "we said we will call you with an update" though I waited 2 days with no update I said fine. Monday late around 18:40 Ayanda called to update me that the manager still has not yet arrived to inspect or assess the dress, she sent him/her an email to brief her/him about my situation (bear in mind that this girl is giving "the irritating customer" attitude) coz I requested for an update. The manager said as per "RECEIPT" at the back, clothes must be returned at the same state they left the store (NOT WORN AT ALL). My question to her was: do you have a fitting rooms for babies in your stores so that next time I know that when we like something at your store the baby must fit before leaving the store. My daughter is 4 months old and the clothes her dad bought is 3 to 6 months old which unfortunately is small cut for her. The lady shout over the phone that she is representing her company and that is their terms and conditions, also I must wait until Friday when the store manager come cause he/she is currently busy. I am VERY disappointed with this service to be honest. The dress is R500 and thats the money we must waste just because of the stain my poor little baby did while fitting the dress. I am sorry to say this, I was a fan of Earth Child and always recommend it but it seems as if now you just lost a customer. Maybe 1 customer is not train smash for you. Be careful when buying things at Earth Child. Someone bought my daughter ( 4 months old) a dress (very nice dress) 3 to 6 months as a gift around March. Eish due to work I couldn't fit her on time, as soon as I returned, I was so happy to see her on that dress but unfortunately it was too small for her. Babies are babies, anything is possible at anytime and to my bad when I was trying that dress on my daughter she vomited on that dress😔. I tried my best to wipe it so that I can return for exchange but according to the sales reps at Earth Child Mall of the South they can't help me, though they can see that the dress has never been worn and it's too small for my child it is impossible for them to exchange it for me. So parents should you want to buy clothes for the kids or should someone ask which clothes you prefer for your kids better Woolworth or if it's the name that you are running after, rather take the child with you for fitting at Earth Child coz you will loose hundreds of money for clothes that your child will wear once. Truworths Earth Child I am so disappointed in you and hope other parents learn from my experience.
When I took cartrack for my vehicle I thought your service is the best just to be disappointed from the reaction time to the service I received from the consultant. I used to work in an emergency call center and I remember how we prioritize alert,but with cartrack is totally a different thing. It took your consultant over 15 minutes to reply on the alert. All I was requesting was for a roadside assistance and I don't even want to imagine if it was for a ****** car. Thank you so much for giving me a reason to shop around for something better, write a bad feedback report about you and to advise those I recommend you to. After 15 to 20 minutes Ayanda Ngwenya from cartrack called to tell me new different story about what am covered for and her reason to take long to respond on the alert was because she was still busy with other clients "maybe important clients" as it sound. Her voice was so dismissive to either want her assistance or the highway. FYI my call with Ayanda was less than 3 minutes but it took her 20 minutes to call /reply on my alert. I was told FAM will call back or call the driver which took another 30 minutes before o get an assistance.
My brother had 2 account with multichoice under his name, one was for mom and the other for himself. Unfortunately on the 16 June God decided to take him home (passed away). I continue paying 1 account but due to the fact that both are under his name if I pay for 1 account they will block both, meaning that I must pay for both the account. Fine, June, July, August, September I pay as I was unable to change ownership since I was away with work stuff and couldn't access my phone . Got home yesterday late, this morning (09:43am)I am calling multichoice for assistance spoke to a lady by the name of Anele. From the beginning of the call when she answered, seems like she was having a rough Monday, I could hardly hear her and I even told her that. I told her my problem that I can't keep on paying for both the accounts whereas my brother is no more and would like if possible to cancel one, she was very rude and said unfortunately they are not allowed to assist a non-subscriber 🤷. I don't know if am supposed to go to the grave and have my brother to her so that they can cancel it or what? What a rude agent
DEBONAIRS MEADOWPOINT 🤮🤮🤮🤮 I am real a fan of debonairs and I truly love your cram-decker. But as from today all that I think will change. I bought a meaty cram-decker for R220, I was looking forward to get home and enjoy my pizza only to find out that my favorite "cram-decker" taste sour. My order was clear to the cashier lady....nothing with tomatoes must be included so whatever that have tomato please remove it, which she did. But I don't know it's the source or what but something is sour,it doesn't have meaty inside, just 2 or 3 blocks of ram and the cram Wow that one was expired for sure coz you can't chow it twice, it was sour sour SOUR. And then the base, it's burned and when you bit it, your clothes will be all white/black with those crums. I am highly disappointed with Debonairs Meadowpoint, yes it was my first and I thought since I move this side it will the closer one for my Friday dinner but I guess I was wrong. The pizza I got today, was the worst pizza ever..... I didn't want to use word ******* but it was ******* and belong to the dustbin. I think I should warn other customers via Hello Peter about Debonairs Meadowpoint, so that they don't have to go through what I went through today. Not a happy customer.
So to follow up on the worst customer service at cash crusaders Dobsonville. Didi called me, I think she is a supervisor or a team leader to apologize for their horrible service that I received. She was sweet, offered me an airfryer to show how sincere they are and I must come to the store to pick it up. I went to the store but to my surprise she came out with a white toaster and I refused to take, she then said that is all that she can offer as an apology. I told her but it is not what we spoke about on the phone, she then offered me some Safeway cooking something THAT SHE HERSELF DOESN'T KNOW HOW IT WORKS 😠😡. Her words "chomy you will find someone who knows how to use it, you will learn and you will love it". I left the store immediately so people be careful of cash crusaders Dobsonville ( I don't know about others) but their service is poor and they are a ****. I AM STILL STUCK WITH THE FRIDGE THAT I DON'T LIKE and when I tried to sell it back to them, they don't reply 😡😡😡😡😡
Last week Wednesday on the 1st November I went to cash crusaders Dobsonville looking for a fridge, I found this nice Hisense fridge that I like and the lady who was assisting me told me the fridge does not have a price as yet and I should come on Monday it will be listed then. Come Monday I woke up as early as I can, by 8am I was there so that I can get fridge, 9am they opened the store and to my surprise (the fridge is still there at the store) but apparently it had already been bought by someone. "A guy had already paid for this fridge and he will pick it up, he bought it last week WEDNESDAY R4500" oh but I was there and told the price will be listed on Monday. Then this lady tried to sell me this other Hisense(R3500) , is a second hand with scratches and dents but that is understandable as it's not new. However my heart was hurt and I was desperate for a fridge, having preschool kids without a fridge can be stressful as they are forever eating so with the pressure I was getting I said alright let me take it. I paid for it however my mind was not on it so I went out to get some fresh air, I told the sales lady not to take it out but when I get back the fridge was already loaded on the car and I asked her to bring it back that I no longer want that fridge. And that was when I was told THAT I CANNOT GET MY REFUND, to be honest I was not happy, coming from night shift I am tired and now I must fight and hustle to get my money back. I was then told that I can either top up money and get another fridge coz the refund for that Hisense fridge is something I won't get though it is still there at the shop. I had to call people and borrow money so that I don't take something that I won't make me happy in a long run. At last one of the friends I have sent me R2000 to top up and get the Dixon (R5500) WHICH I DON'T LIKE AS WELL AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT AT ALL. My budget was R4000 however the customer care service I got at Dobsonville ensures that I am left broke with debt 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I have been a customer for over 6 years now at Telkom and all was fine until today. I woke up this morning to check my account and see if Telkom did recharge my account and to my surprise already between 00:00am and 03:00 I have used 80g, mind you I was asleep by that time but when I checked my telkom portal 80g has already been used😱😱 However when I checked my data usage on my phone setting only 18mg has been used🤷. Tried to check via their app what happened and I can't find an answer 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. I sent them a request for an agent to contact me and I hope they will be a better explanation to this ****. Oh while we are on that I also just found out that I subscribed to R500 Showmax thing that I don't know anything about nxa
What else are you going to cancel from this order? It was supposed to be delivered on the 13th May, no communication was done, I had to call your call center and only then a Luke explained what was the delay. Since then I waited for updates just only now I saw an email saying another item was canceled without my consent. Takealot has all the credit I had for it and actually your service sucks serious. I am done with takealot, this should be the last order I have with you.
