Hertz SA im very dissapointed,worst after sales service and *****ed me on my safety deposit .their manager has been helpful but the clearence office to place returns are pathetic because they havent cleared my funds that wasnt necessary to be held in the first place i returned the vehicle on the 16th of april and its the 29th and i haven't received my deposit yet .
McDonald's in vangate is the most terrible franchise in cape town , today the drive through girl did what no company can allow a worker to do , that is to walk away from a client still ordering ,her etiquette first shows she is I'll trained and her customer service skills is so poor she can't even smile to save her life , the nail on the coffin was to ask me to call the order I just placed , when I asked her to repeat so there is no error on the order, she should be placed in the food prep section not in front taking orders ,how can one wait for 10 munites in a drive through with no traffic Please macdonald's south Africa bring back the mystery customer so you can see where your service is poor at serious if you still value ur customer..
Montague gardens and cape town stadium branch are the worst macdonald in cape town , those branch have no customer service , or maybe only the whites get good service , they disregard blacks and don't care how they serve and the food and extras are ridiculous, and the complaints app of macdonald don't come back to u , even when u give all details they don't care .
Nedbank is the most *********** bank and they are rediculous bank charges , they should be investigated as well by the competition institution as how can one pay 3000 in deposit charges to deposit their own money plus , I have been waiting for a card that was never ordered by not one but 3 of their agents or tellers in Michels plain cape town branch but I'm being charged for it , I don't know why I'm still banking with them and I'm moving banks definitely as their service sucks I hope the manager at Michels plain prominade branch knows he promised the same thing the other tellers did , absolutely nothing done .
I ordered a delivery online and was directed to nonqubela khayelitsha shop unfortunately they did not have drivers but I couldn't be directed to mandalay which was 5munites away somehow their system didn't want to let me choose as it said it's not available. Now I received a message my amount is refunded nut may take 7-14 days to proces I still haven't got my money
Telkom should stop outsourcing business that do not train their staff properly because their name and reputation is on the line ..Now i have worked at a contact center before and even managed one so I know I'm not been Milo dramatic I called in to have my data that I purchased that is not working as I ternet access is not granted I spoke to a lady by the name Lorah Ncube who was 1st not knowledgeable as she was more trying to sound intelligent rather than fixing a problem ...the more I explain to her my issue the more she makes me feel in her comments as if im stupid ...her knowledge is poor and her customer service skills needs lot of attention or she is still new and don't know what she is doing I asked which branch is she calling from she refused to tell me and another thing she was ****y only thing she said was she is in the Gauteng region now I know Gauteng is big it's not a town it's a province ..to show her incompliance I called again and got a wonderful agent who firstly before saying more informed me that they are experiencing some technical problems with some towers now the previous agent dumb one said there is no coverage on my area when I asked why she was more ****y than being solution...so Telkom ur outsourcing branches are dragging ur name
I am disgusted of the service at telkom .. the call center agents drops call while you explaining ur frustration I'm supoosingly subscribed at some online things which I never did and I'm loosing airtime on the unsubscribe option it only is renewing it and telkom is useless 3 days still having network issues ...I cannot receive notifications I'm loading blindly ..I can't check airtime balance or know how much data I have and apparently their system are down and their technicians are working on it ...3 days ? Those technicians should be fired ...we are loosing money while telkom won't even return any data lost ...telkom is useless ...rha sis man .
I'm very disappointed with the way patients are treated here it is the second time that doctors ignore me and leave me to sort out other patients I have been in the waiting room for more than 5 munites while the doctor who is to treat me went and attended to another patient leaving me on the bed it's disrespectful to do that as I'm paying the same money as others .
