I am a small business owner operating a cotton candy machine that uses a NAYAX terminal to process card payments. My machine traded normally on 27, 30, and 31 May, and 1 June 2025. Funds from these dates were meant to reflect in my FNB bank account within 24–48 hours via a processing chain that involves Travelbuy, Nayax, and Nedbank. As of 4 June, these funds have not been deposited. I logged a complaint with Nedbank (Incident No. 94916168) and was promised a resolution call on the morning of 4 June, which did not happen. I had to call back at 10:27 only to be asked for a bank statement — without prior communication or follow-up. This delay has caused serious financial hardship as I cannot purchase stock or continue trading. My business depends on these daily transactions, and this failure to process payments has negatively impacted my operations. I request hellopeter intervention for: Immediate release of the owed funds Investigation into the delay and accountability A formal apology and explanation from Nedbank
Good day I am actually very disappointed with the way we were treated by the branch manager of Jetline Constantia. Yesterday we went to do copies, scan and bind few documents at 4pm and we find ourselves inside the shop still at 16:45pm. The manager came to us and said he quickly wants to have a meeting with his staff so we should stop our work and come back the following day to fetch the work or we must pay each staff R350 overtime. He even went and expel me when i was trying to assist the guys who were binding and told me to go away and be at the reception. I understand that clients are not allowed inside but i wanted to help so that the staff ca finish quickly. The manner that he addressed me, i felt like he doesn't care about the customers. We used to have a branch manager who is now working in Cape Town and we are used to the way he was dealing with the customers. We have been with Jetline Constantia for 12 years now and this where we do our paperwork. This will make us not to be comfortable going there.
Staying at Live Easy Marshall Town is like you are in Hell. Kulani is the main problem causing tenants to move out. I gave a notice for my son to move out from that apartment and before the date of moving out, Kulani cancelled his access and he also switched off his electricity because he say there is an outstanding of R400. My son is the one who initiated and contacted him to check if there is any outstanding amounts. Kulani came back to say it is R400 and he went and switched off the electricity just like that. I had call him and talk to him why is he doing that when it is not yet month end and in anyway no one can come out without the exit letter. Now he cancelled his access.
0 i am rating Capitec. This bank is not supposed to be operating at all. I wonder how it feels to work for such a bad bank. After Capitec freeze my account and released it after 2 weeks. The payment that i did to a Tyme Bank account holder, the recipient did not receive the money but the money is deducted from my account. I did a payment on the 3rd of February 2024 and today is the 20th of February 2024 Capitec keep on saying they are still investigating. How do i trust banking with Capitec in future because money get lost in their systems. SAD
If i would rate, i would rate CAPITEC ZERO. I have been using Capitec for years and money has been entering the account. On the 2nd of February 2024 i received a lumpsum of money to establish a salon and when i start paying the people who will be doing the furniture decor etc and those that i owe. All of a sudden my account was blocked and they even reversed the money that i paid to those stakeholders. I logged the call at the branch and and the incident was closed before i was even notified of the solution or way forward. I called back the customer care and they put me from pillar to post and they told me i am supposed to bring affidavit and a certified ID. I went to the branch again and i was told they are suspecting a ***** in my account. I gave them proof of the source of income and those documents. I was then told that i need to wait for 5 days to relog a call as the previous one was closed. I did not get my money back. An email was sent by a guy called Devan to say they are ow investigating and they will respond on the 12th of February 2024. Imagine the money was frozen from the 3rd of February 2024 and i must wait to eat and live until the 12th of February!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Helpdesk consultant are even worse they dont know their job. Another one even said to the branch lady Dimakatso that they did that because i have never received the kind of lumpsum i received when i get it now and then even more. CAPITEC PATHETIC
If i could, i would rate her ZERO. Andani Netshiungani is a Taylor who happens to be ****ming around peaople. She takes orders and does not deliver as they are. My experience with her was so terrible that i requested my money back and she promised to pay it back but she is not. Instead she gets very defensive and does not accept her mistakes. I ordered 2 outfits for myself and my daughter, she came with the machine at my house with unfinished material a day before my daughter's 21st birthday. Instead of her to tell me that she cannot meet up, she pushed that she will have them ready early in the morning of the event. Fast forward, my daughter;s dress was ready at 6:30pm when her party is starting at 3pm. Mine was ready at 8:30pm when the party is about to finish at 9pm. The dresses got torned at the party while we are trying to catch up taking pictures. I then decided to give her back those dresses and told her to pay me my money back. Andani promised to pay the money back but she did not even try to pay the 1st installment and she asked to pay it like that. She does not even apologise or whatsoever. I feel like she is ****ming people around.
If i could, i would rate Takealot Zero. I bought a white Silver Crest Air Fryer and they delivered a black color one. I logged a return and they delivered the same color again black. I have now logged a 3rd return awaiting to get the White Sylver Crest Air Fryer. I am asking myself why are then not checking the contents before they deliver?
We hired BM KITCHENS that is run by Thapelo Mosia to supply and install new Kitchen Cupboards. We paid 70& deposit as he requested which amount to R90k. Thapelo brought in incomplete carcass of cupboards with wrong measurements. Thapelo gets defensive when we complained instead of rectifying the problem. Thapelo doesn't know about Carpentey work, he outsource from the guys that he found on the streets. He left the incomplete carcass just like that and we had to get another company to come and install a new kitchen entirely. What you see on Instagram is now what he delivers.
I went to a Chinese shop with my daughter, bought few things and after that we went to the salon in he same shopping complex. I then realised that i forgot to buy something else, and decided to send my daughter back in the same Chinese shop. She came back asking for the slip bercaise the Chinese lady searched her bag and found a product in her bag that she could not produce a slip of it. I then went with her to produce the slip and when i presented the slip to the Chinese lady, she refused and said she is still checking on the camera. I felt very embarrassed and disrespected in front of the of other customers. My child also felt traumatised with the situation. I had to grab the product from the counter and left the shop to go and attend to my other child at the salon. In about 10 minutes the securities of the complex followed me and demanded that i should bring the slip and the product back to that shop. That on its own made me very furious and i told them, i cant go back agaIn to that shop and if they want the slip, they are free to take a picture and the product and go back to show the lady. I told them i went to show the slip and she told me she is till checking on the camera. They also couldn't believe how can she tell them that i was caught in a camera *****ing. Of which she **** as i have paid and also produced the slip. I feel my human rights have been violated and not treated as a client but a ***** when i am not.
On the 21st of December 2022 i went to MAC at Mall Of Africa. The lady working there assisted by testing my skin color and lip color that would suit me. I chose a lipstick that is more to pink nude color. I bought the powder, lipstick and mac prep prime. To my surprise, when i get home the lipstick i got in the mac bag was a MAC POWDERKISS LIPSTICK (RED COLOR). I paid R330.00 for that lipstick and i did not use it. The next day i was going for a holiday and could not even go back to the store because i was outside the country. I don't understand why she could sell me a wrong product instead of the product that we agreed when we were testing. I feel like she misled me and sold me a product that is not selling at the store. This gives me a wrong impression about MAC COSMETICS.
