Nissan Menlyn the most terrible dealership and they dont care at All.. until today i havent received a call from their complaint department regarding the wrong parts they ordered, they wouldnt care less. If you go there be prepared for the worst service
I signed up with vodacom on a contract basis for Wifi connection via a fiber connection since Jan 2024 paying R762.29 monthly. I am not having a good experience with them at all i hardly have any connection but they are happy to deduct successfully with no short payment. I have escalated the matter so many times and offered a reduced payment of R400 since around June to try compensate however this is still not enough as i a, not receiving the contract i signed up for, i don't think that's fair. I need this to be sorted without damaging my pockets any further, I immediately require feedback and constructing feedback. Cancellation is not an option as i have lost so much money and they have made profit, cancellation can be done under the conditions of a full refund since the start of the contract
We are being harassed and disrespected by ADT SECURITY going in our premises without our permission and we are not even their customers but their security guards comes in our yard the way they please and on Tues the 19th early hours of the morning they came in our yard once again in pretence of doing their rounds for our neighbors and they helped themselves with our globes from our garden lights. Our address is 261 Annette Van Zyl street they must not set their foot in our yard. Should something happen to them in our yard we will not be held responsible
The owner by the name of Richard Mkalipi is a ****mer who takes your money and not render the service. We were supposed to have the Solar installed but he never came to do his duties and promised to rather pay us back which to date we are not able to locate him and his avoiding our calls his such a **** and dishonest
The worst in the industry,they ignore you bluntly and threatens you by making your credit a mess. We have been dealing with Jacqueline who has no sense of urgency and they definitely make you feel you are nothing. When you email them they have an automatic response that promises you the world and does nothing after that. I am now owing money that I don't even know how the calculations where concluded and we've been bagging for an explanation but no feedback
They don't priorities once they start the required job they take time to finish as they always have excuses about the weather. For all work done I had to do follow ups if you don't call they won't call you. Once they receive their you are less important.
Good Evening My parents had a policy with AVBOB and unfortunately I still have it myself. We lost our both our parents and instead of well deserved service we got the most pathetic service ever. The most painful moments of our lives when they cremated our mother without us being aware of it. We escalated the matter to their head office who can back to us with the sense of payment waive to fix the mess however we still had questions regarding the remaining policy in force but we have been bluntly ignored. We delt with the Senior Clerk from their complaint department by the name of Debra Marais who has also became part of what AVBOB does best of provide us with pathetic service. We need your as to reach out. I have all emails sent with no feedback from them.
An Estate late Accounts were opened on the 31 July. And both my parents individual Accounts needs to be closed in order to transfer the credit amounts to the Opened Estates Lates Accounts. To date for whatever reasons the individual Accounts has not been closed. What is the delay???It's merely a normal closure and I don't understand what is the difference,what is the normal SLA.
