Terrible customer service & terrible seven series tv
I am utterly disappointed with my Samsung Seven Series 70-inch TV and the ********** customer service I’ve experienced. We purchased this television from Makro (Vanderbijlpark) in 2021, and since early 2023, it has been a constant source of frustration. After having it repaired under warranty, it has unfortunately succumbed to the same issue again—specifically, it will not switch on and is stuck in a loop. During our attempts to resolve this problem, multiple electronics shops informed us that the Samsung Seven Series is notorious for these issues. This raises a serious question: how can Samsung continue to sell a product with such widespread problems? It honestly feels like they don’t care about their customers. To make matters worse, this TV cost us R18,000, and now, just three years later, it is out of warranty. A technician evaluated the unit and claimed that the screen has failed, with a replacement costing a shocking R9,000. At that price, we might as well buy a brand-new television! Moreover, the technician mentioned a R350 call-out fee, but we have yet to receive an invoice despite several requests. The service we received while trying to rectify this situation has been disgraceful. As if that wasn't bad enough, we were offered a meager 10% discount on our next purchase, but only if we surrender our broken television in exchange! This is outrageous—how can anyone accept such an offer for a product we originally paid R18,000 for? In summary, I am appalled by the quality of this product and the lack of support from Samsung. I expected much more from a company of this stature. I regret my purchase and would advise others to think twice before investing in Samsung products.

Clean and staff are polite
So so so much FUN! I was absolutely terrible at it 😂 but you know what they say “Practice makes perfect”! I would love to come through again and spend a good weekend and not just a day. Prices are reasonable and the packages are even better! Skis and gear are clean and well maintained!!!

Beautiful place
Had an absolute blast at Cradle Moon, I did the 10km hike and then had some brunch at the restaurant! It was very busy, but the paths were clean… it’s just a bit much with the cyclists and hikers having the same trail to walk on! #blackfriday

Oh my goodness! Love this Woolies 😍 Always the freshest food and always has different chips out to taste and fresh fruit! Management and her team are absolutely amazing! Always do my weekly shopping here and often get lunch here as well! #blackfriday

Great food, poor service
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fornos Bakery, a place that promised delectable treats and an inviting ambiance. While the food undoubtedly lived up to its reputation, the overall experience was dampened by a disappointingly lackluster level of service. The dishes were delcious. The pastries were perfectly flaky, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and the coffee provided the necessary morning jolt. The attention to flavor and presentation was evident, and it was easy to see why Fornos Bakery had gained such a loyal following. However, the service we encountered was where the experience took a regrettable detour. Despite arriving during a seemingly quiet period, the waitstaff appeared to be disengaged and uninterested. It was puzzling to observe waiters casually chatting amongst themselves while patrons looked around for assistance. Our own attempts to capture their attention often fell on deaf ears, forcing us to resort to near-begging for service. An establishment with such delectable offerings deserves a service team that matches the excellence of its menu. #Blackfriday

Amazing wedding

Good day with kiddies
The service at Lucky Fish Cafe is nothing short of exceptional. The staff members are incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. From the moment I took my seat, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Their menu boasts a wonderful selection of dishes that cater to a variety of tastes
