I think this is by far the worse online computer store in the country Don't waste your money buying from them online you will be disappointed, apparently there are only 6 guys who are building this custom built desktop computers that are bought online in the whole country and there is just a huge backlog of orders they don't care where you are in the que ,it roughly takes them about 7 business days to complete a custom built desktop and it takes another 3 days for the courier company to process your order not sure how many other days for your order It's day 10 and am still waiting , the next step was to ask for a refund but I think it will also take another 2 weeks to be processed so I will rather wait it out another 7 days to see if they will deliver
Disappointing and frustrating service is just an understatement with homelift craft I've been waiting for my tv stand and coffee table for more than 30 days now ,I've taken leave days to avail myself from the false delivery dates they have given me only to be left Disappointed those are days that I could have used for family emergencies or I could have been compensated for those days they are an untrustworthy company that is quick to take customers money but they fail to deliver on the services, today is Saturday 31st July I took leave from work just to wait for their delivery which I was promised will arrive today at around 4 pm and guess what it didn't arrive ,am going to their offices on Monday to request my full payment because I nolonger trust them to fulfill nothing.
One of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life and am very skeptical about the type of online stores I choose to shop at to avoid such , I placed an order via the online app on the 29th of June and their delivery service is so bad because you get countless deliveries that don't have all the items you purchased ,the last delivery I had they gave me a pillow and the following one I also got a pillow and the next they brought in a chair I bought, am still waiting and I have about 10 items that I've bought so it means I will get 10 deliveries because everything is coming in those courier vans incomplete it's irritating and frustrating, definitely not an online store to choose if you in a hurry to move in to a new home which was my situation it's quite disappointing aswell because companies like Takealot and Superbalist offer a superior service than Mr Price I really expected a lot from them
Am writing this letter with a heavy heart and dissapointment, you read complaints about this type of dodgy dealerships that don't respect hard earned monies of customers and you try by all means to deal only with manufacturer accredited dealerships and you still get the sub standard service you tried to avoid from privately owned dealerships I have been dealing with VW Bidvest McCarthy Acardia service center since I bought my vehicle brand new from them, a Volkswagen Golf 7.5 R, I didn't have many problems with them before until now It's now the 8th of September and I brought in my car a month ago on August the 4th for a 60000km service, the car stereo had stopped working as well and the car had a funny noise on the left front wheel, a month later the very same car is still at the dealership with no clear answer of when my car is going to be repaired, even tried resolving the matter with the manager but to my surprise my car is just sitting on the dealership floor without no satisfactory answer about the steps which must be taken, if I only knew, I would have bought a car that has an excellent after sale service and support system . Now it's as if they don't care, lesson to other customers please use manufactures with an excellent after sale service centers and support after the bank approves the funds. The Consultant responsible for my car is Michael and the manager I talked to on the 7th of September is Katlego.
