Well, you guys really pulled a rabbit out of your hats. You have saved this client. From a once very dissatisfied client you have managed to flip things to a very satisfied client. Well done. THIS is what I expected of you, keep THIS up.
Not too impressed. I recently bought a second hand Chevrolet Captiva 2.4 LT automatic 2015. Had these guys do the pre purchase inspection. In the pre purchase inspection a leak was supposedly detected in the aircon system. Some 2 days later when another team performed a full service on the vehicle it was determined by one of their aircon specialists that the aircon was indeed in excellent condition. The mechanics discovered a leak on the oil sump in addition to other issues uncovered in the full service being the electronic handbrake and tappet cover gasket. I booked them again to address these, only to have 1) the mechanic arrive without the correct gasket 2) on going back to the office to collect the correct one to be informed they don't have one so my car must stand until the following week. I find it abhorrent that some of their mechanics are excellent and some *********** or perhaps its a head office issue. Either way, if a car is booked and the details noted why send a mechanic 1) that has no knowledge of the vehicle he is working on for pre inspection and 2) send a mechanic to perform engine work on a vehicle without the correct part. Unacceptable performance on the part of this company, I merely hope they take cognizance of this and address these issues or time will pay its dividends. These mechanics are not cheap, I would have hoped for and expected so much better of them. If you pay peanuts you get ******s. I'm not paying peanuts for this I definitely did not expect to be getting ******s. Perhaps this is the reason mechanics are dubbed "grease ******s" ? On contacting the management regarding the incident besides him trying to shout me down he insists that being a Chevrolet and parts being hard to source that the risk was my own. The company will "attempt" to execute the repair as contractually obliged but any losses incurred to me through their incompetence is not their responsibility and no recompense will be offered or made. I've since handed the matter over to my legal advisors. In summary...these are ******s. Expensive ******s. Take the risk and use them but expect incompetence. Its company policy.
Millicent was the person contacted. Her service and demeanour were excellent . Definitely the right person for the job at hand. Well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to talk to.
Need a MINUS 5. Most despicable customer service in history. Customer services official agreed they were to blame, offered settlement of the fees due then promptly reneged on the signed agreement. This is how this company does business. Do not touch them with a barge pole. You will be **********, ****** and greatly disappointed. They are consummate ****s and are literally in business to ***** your money at every turn. USE FEDEX...that company is reliable and honest.
Shocking customer service..absolutely attrocious. I reported missing items the same day I recieved my parcel. I got a customer service survey asking how their customer service was but no resolution. Their site claims resolution within 24 hours. Its been nearly 2 weeks and my complaint has been forgotten/ignored/ tossed out. Ive since ordered the missing part through Temu..it arrived IN PERFECT ORDER within 7 days. Amazing how a company overseas can respond and send the correct product to my door in perfect condition before a local company can even bother to addres my complaint. Is it any wonder why TRakealot is losing market share in South Africa. I wonder not. Do not use Takealot..rather spend your money outside South Africa at Temu and get what you paid for faster than you can locally and a lot faster too.
As above. Aubrey Maseko is an excellent representative of this company. His knowledge, expertise and service are unmatched.
Should you come across Stuart Rose please note that he is/was the director and owner of this company. He is ************ and anything but a debt collector. After months of no action in recovery of my debts owed me and a ton of empty promises I am down close on R9000 after having paid a "retainer" of R2500 to recruit Stuart and his company. This company has no ethics, no moral values and the owner is nothing but a ****mer that will stand alongside your debtor and help bleed you dry if you give them half a chance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Absolute disgrace of a company. They charge for services they have no intention of performing then as time goes on they have the gall to request more money for yet more work they cannot and will not perform. From a bill of R2500 as "retainer", I am now down an additional R9500 and still no sign of any debt being recovered or any contact from Stuart Rose (The MD/ Owner). Yet a promise of monthly update was made and Ive heard nothing from him in over 3 months. He does not even bother to respond to messages left for him on his personal cellphone that are more than a month old. Do NOT use this company..you will be highly disappointed.
Under New Management. The shop is clean, tidy and organised. A great variety of clocks available for sale.
Sub par servicing methods of clocks by self taught arrogant untrained personell. The repair work is faulty, the work incorrectly and poorly done and most times the clock is returned not working. A waste of time, money and effort. The owner is rude and obnoxious and extremely arrogant. He refuses to hear that his work is far below standard and will not issue a refund for a repair he could not complete successfully.
