I refer you to my previous post, this time there was not as much interaction between Revibe and myself that had me thinking, but my concern again was not worth the time I paid to it they really and i really mean really deliver on what they offer!!!!!!! Please do not hesitate to make use of their service they save my a lot of money had I bought the same from other vendors!!!
I was worried that REVIBE was a hoax, more-so after zi made a call to them. I was extremely had when the phone was actually delivered. They are for real and the condition of the phone exceeded my expectation by far!!!
Wow a 3*** hotel that does not have ice .... was wondering if that is not part of the hotel grading... Thabang at the reception is of the opinion that guests cant expect that from a 3 *** hotel. Would appreciate it if the franchise could comment on this statement?
What a painful experience I have had in the Bloemfontein branch of Truworths. I fell victim to a crime in that my wallet was stolen from me some time ago. I have, in the meantime, applied for a new driver’s licence and ID. Living in COVID-19 times where the workforce of many has been reduced, I am still awaiting my new documents but have been issued with temporary driver’s licence issued by a state entity, making this a legal document valid for the period as indicated on the document. Visiting Bloemfontein, I wanted to purchase some goods on my account at Truworths, who informed me that Truworths do not accept the temporary document as a form of Identification. Yet in court, if I have to prove who I am if I drove a car, IE identifying me, I can use a temporary driver’s licence. The cashier who refused to give me her name, later I was told that her name is Kelly, called the person in charge at the checkout. This person, Doreen, said to me that that the temporary driver's licences expire. My comment to this was, "so does the card licence. The temporary licence is just as valid in all circumstances for the period of validity as the card". I decided to phone the customer care no while still at the checkout. The interactive service allows you access to confidential information on your account by merely entering your ID No over the phone. The male customer care agent whose name I did not takedown asked me to confirm my personal details to access my account. This person also confirmed that Truworths only accept ID documents, valid driver licences (temporary driver’s licences is also valid) and passports (that are considered travel documents). After a battle to be put through to his supervisor, who was not initially available to speak to me, I talked to Mss Joshua. She continuously interrupted me as the client and stuck to the guns of Truworths. When calling the contact centre, a caller is informed that the calls are recorded. I was refused a transcription of the call by Ms Joshua, sighting that it is private and confidential ... what in this recorded call from me in person can be private and confidential to me as the caller ... absurd. The call asking me questions to validate my account over the phone is accepted. The same answers and more even having the phone with marketing SMSs on it is not accepted. Yet the bank, the court and all other businesses that I had dealing with accepted the verry same temporary driver’s licence. Truworths is the first and only business that gave me this bad customer service. In my opinion, this is bad customer service on the side of Truworths refusing to accept a legally issued document that is accepted in a court of law is not accepted by Truworths. My advice... think twice before you open an account with Truworths you might too not be able to purchase something on your account if your wallet with ids and licences are stolen lost or whatever the case and you are issued with temporary documents.
I had a problem with the replacement of faulty goods. I wrote a review on this site and this brought me in contact with the right person at ONE DEAL A DAY her name is MIMI. Great was surprise and gratitude with the service she provided and my replacement goods were received within 3 days. Thank you MIMI for your great service.
This is why I will think twice before doing business with ONE DEAL A DAY. I made a purchase for the company and received a confirmation that the goods were dispatched on 14 MAY 2020. Two of the items ordered did not work. After a battle for the replacement of the faulty goods during May I received an email form a MIMI on 04 June saying that a booking was made for the collection of the items for assessment and the items were collected a few days later. not hearing anything from the company, I had to make enquiries of why I don't get any reply. On 17 July 2020 I received and email from MIMI again stating that she was out of the office and that she would ask "one of our ladies to check for me sorry for the delay" On 4 August 2020 I had to again send an email to demand some response to the matter. On 8 August 2020 I received a reply from MIMI that said "Thank you replacement has been shipped to you please confirm" No such delivery has been received even after the normal 10 day delivery time it takes to deliver goods. On 25 August 2020 I again sent an email to this effect to MIMI and have not heard anything from MIMI since the last email. I have also sent an email to ONE DEAL A DAY on 1 September 2020 requesting someone of the company to phone me regarding this matter before I consider commenting on their poor or bad after sale service on social media like this one. This fell on deaf ears and blind eyes too. Up to this day of 11 September 2020 I have not received a call or a reply to my email that was sent on 1 September 2020 nor have I received the goods that are paid for. If ONE DEAL A DAY can’t manage a little challenge of 2 sets of Air Pods .... "THINK TWICE" before spending money at ONE DEAL A DAY is my motto.
