Spar Bonnievale have the best customer service in the western cape!
Rating Spar Bonnievale in the Western Cape. Very small town with a very small community, but the best Spar in the western cape! Service is absolutely amazing! From the management to the staff, every single person working there is so kind and friendly and always ready to assist! Excellent work you guys!!

Best customer service ever!
Absolutely amazing performance from the staff members! Very helpful and friendly! I only buy clothes from them, for me and my babies, just because of this friendly faces! Kosi is also so very helpful! Great prices and amazing customer service from both ackermans branches in Robertson, Western Cape! Thank you team for giving the best customer service in the Western Cape!

Once again no stock from the pamphlets they give out, as usual.
Once again pick n pay in Robertson is advertising items that they dont have in store. They have flyers at their door, especially for their store but have no stock. Its a single pamphlet which says pick n pay supermarkets. Promotion valid from 9 Feb - March 2026. They did this in 2024 also with gas regulators and that heating plushies that you put in the microwave, advertised but no stock ever. They just dont care. This time its the otima 85 Litre storage box for R99.99. Absolutely a waste of time going to pick n pay in Robertson in the western cape! Utterly disappointing as always! Was going to do my monthly groceries there as i had to get that storage box, but due to them not having stock, i decided to go to SPAR, if u walk into pnp and they dont even have that item, then one will probably not even find the rest. So i walked out and went to Spar in Robertson, i can always rely on them for stock.

Slowest Postnet to Postnet deliveries
To be honest this is the 2nd time we use Postnet Langebaan and comparing to the other Postnet franchises i would say this one is beyond slow with Postnet to Postnet deliveries. Postnet Riversdale 5 star! Postnet Cape Town Gardens 5 star! Postnet Beacon Bay 5 star! But Postnet Langebaan i wont ever use again and i wont ever refer any of my friends there either! From here on when it comes to Langebaan the courier guy will be used as they deliver fast. The other Postnet branches has super excellent fast deliveries! Anything except Langebaan! Even in the same province to another town thats 3 hours away it takes langebaan 29 hours with absolutely 0 movement on the tracking in 29 hours! Other Postnets already would have moved the parcel! Sorry im a guge fan of postnet and prefer only to use Postnet but ill never use langebaan again!

Most rude service ever
Very rude service from kfc in Robertson in the western cape the one in voortrekker street from selene at the drive through. Won't ever again buy with staff thats so rude!!! Done with this ill spread the word

Best service in SA
I have to give it to Postnet for having the best courier services/Postnet to Postnet. Super fast amazing service. I only prefer using postnet. Great work you guys

Great service
I have to give some credit to the team of boland connect tonight. The wifi went off at 6pm and they went out of their way to fix this problem , even though it was night time already they made it a priority to fix the problem. The wifi went on at 8pm. I thought we going to be stuck without wifi and i was busy with important emails. Thanks boland. Excellent work!!

After alot of hick ups i received such lovely service
Thank you temu for sorting out my situation and doing everything possible to sort it out. I finally received my package, though its 5 days later and thanks to dpd for their fast and kind service, they were send out for my delivery and they are realy fast. After all the disappointments i finally had super nice and fast service. Thank you temu and thank you dpd

Temu and Buffalo blames the customer for their mistakes as of march 2025 please beware people!! Please do your research before going on temu
Postive side of temu:Im gonna start with thanking the sweet and friendly agents that assist support you on the app. I salute them for their true patience.they are a bliss to talk to. They try so hard to find a solution to your problem and i think they are the best. The items on temu is at good pricing and the most adorable items to be found. Negative of temu: the higher agents has bad attitude especially Cristal a customer resolution senior specialist from temu. Bad attitude and utterly rude. The worst part of temu is the fact that they use Buffalo logistics which is one of the worst , if you search Buffalo logistics on hellopeter you will see how much bad reviews they have, also on alot of platforms on facebook you will find all the complaints (feel free to search on facebook Buffalo logistics, then use the posts option) Also this same Cristal keep praising Buffalo as if Buffalo is correct and the client is wrong. Temu is busy building a bad reputation in south africa as of beginning march 2025 which is not good for business. I dont trust this place anymore as i had alot of hick ups. Temu will tell u to contact the carrier if theres problems, as we dont work for temu its not our responsibility to begin with. Then also if u do contact Buffalo they get rude and tell u to stop complaining and wait. I waited more than 2 weeks for my parcel which i never received and had to refund. The worst part is thay temu and Buffalo blames the customers for their mistakes as if theybdoing us a favor but forgetting that we paid for the goods and service. People go to facebook search temu then click on the posts option and see all that complaints. Then search Buffalo logistics and click on posts then see the complaints. You guys can order on Amazon south africa they deliver in 2 days and super fast and friendly and reliable service, you will get your goods i promise. Takealot also fast and friendly and they support the customer always not like temu a Buffalo blaming us for their mistakes. Please beware of temu and Buffalo as of march 2025 till now you going to regret buying from them, we going to make people aware of temu and Buffalo so we can support local online shops and not other countries that blame the customer. Please do your research before considering temu please people go do research. Spread awareness of bad service
