The initial purchase went without a problem. BUT - The aftersales service is absolutely terrible. I was supp**** a 3D printer with a faulty ribbon cable. The machine broke down within the first three (3) days of operation. 3D Store was immediately contacted and the problem was explained (telephonically and by email) More than two(2) weeks have passed, in the hopes of obtaining a replacement part. It's a relatively cheap part and readily available. - This makes the troublesome replacement of it even more worrying indeed. The back and forth of emails simply makes them look *********** and does not contribute to establishing trust. I purchased a replacement on the same day I notified the 3D Store of the issue, from a competitor of theirs and received the part the very next day. I cannot in good conscience recommend 3D Store to prospective buyers, simply based on the aftersales experience. Nobody can be expected to purchase an intrigued electronic device without any form of warranty or peace of mind on the replacement of possible faulty parts. - Especially within three (3) days of purchase.
The best sales & aftersales service I've come across thus far! Needless to say, EC3D is my new one-stop shop for all my 3D printing needs. Well done guys!
They failed to deliver a package on a Friday afternoon, stating "they couldn't find the address". Unresponsive call centre with rude call centre agent, dropping the call instead of assisting in tracing the undelivered parcel for collection. No supervisor was available to escalate the complaint with the hope of resolving the matter.
Thank you Santam! Santam sticks to their guns and really looks after their clients in their time of need. I recently had three (3) claims in short succession. Unrelated, as one was for a car window that was damaged by a stone while driving and the others, a burst geyser and power surge damage to my tv. The smartphone app made it so easy to register my claims and allowed me to view the progress made. I feared that my claims might be rejected due to claiming in such short succession, albeit all legitimate claims. Santam validated my claims (as one would expect them to do on all claims) and processed my claims efficiently and without letting me feel as if they were doing me a favor by paying for the loss. I received speedy no nonsense service on each of my claims. You really give me peace of mind. Santam you rock! #santamforlife #santamhasmyback
Caresso Carwash is a brilliant idea with super products used. This being said, like all things new, they started off doing a fantastic job in cleaning the vehicles and gradually regressed to just doing the minimum to keep the lines going. My vehicle has gone through the carwash no less than three (3) times for the ultimate wash, only to discover after the vehicle dries off, that the rear numberplate and bumper have not been cleaned. The dirt from over a month ago is still clearly visible on the rear bumper, as only the upper parts of the vehicle were cleaned. The management, unfortunately, rather than taking his team to task and without having viewed the vehicle, brush the complaint about the poor service received off, as the vehicle being taken offroad and therefore being extremely dirty. (This vehicle has never been propper offroading, only traveling on well-maintained dirt roads for work purposes) You, the client in the car, are expected to inspect the car after the wash and before driving off the lot, to make sure the work was done right. This is after a team of no less than four (4) staff members has been all around the vehicle! Furthermore, monthly subscribers were promised "preferential/express" service, not having to wait in line and to be the next car to be washed, unconditionally. (this would mean if a normal nonsubscriber paid before you arrived, you would be serviced immediately after that one (1) vehicle and do not have to sit and wait for all the nonsubscribers to be processed before you are serviced. This was said to be an incentive to nonsubscribers to become monthly subscribers and benefit from the VIP treatment. This is not being done. On numerous occasions, I was forced to wait in line (the separate VIP subscribers line) while multiple nonsubscribers were processed - non of which already paid before my arrival, allowing them to proceed to the washbay. 1-Keep to the sales promises made! 2-Clean vehicles properly the first time!
It took them literally months to admit the router I received was faulty and exchange it. What use is a 1000Mbps download speed, if you only get 20Mbps. Not all agents are useless, it just takes very-very long to get one that can actually assist in a meaningful manner and understands the problem. How about compensation for the months of lost internet speed? My personal security cameras were off-line due to their router bombing out constantly. My household was at risk due to this. Hope to see you do better Webafrica.
The BK app just accumulate crowns but does not allow payment with the crowns. We have tried using this app to pay at numerous outlets and none of them were able to redeem the points/crowns to pay for my meals. Now the app is bei g replaced and we are still not able to redeem the crowns. The outlets are not willing to accommodate the transactions or take ownership of the problem and simply refer us to Head Office. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
What an absolute pleasure it was engaging with the folks at Meishi.me From the onset the service was first class, the process painless and the end result of my Meishi card was a masterpiece. After the excellent service received, I had the total opposite experience trying to reach their tech support department. I have been on calls to them for around 3 hours in total already and still holding the line!! At least they have not dropped the call like in my previous calls to them today. Terrible after sales service. Do us all a favour and discontinue the WhatsApp support. Beyond useless!!!
