1. I cancelled my subscription withing 14 days by email. They now say that I should have done it in writing with a signature. a) It did not stipulate in the letter that I had to cancel it in writing. b) They never came back to me & told me that they require it in writing. c) We were in lock down, so I did not have access to a scanner, copier, fax if I was made aware of it. 2. The subscription is advertised at R49 for 4 weeks at an 80% discount. So at the full price, it would be R249 for 4 weeks (a month). They charged me R999 for a month.
My premium increased with R144.35. And my excess with R350. When I phoned OutSurance earlier to find out why, they told me that I had 2 claims this year. Which is untrue. The one claim was for an accident which I claimed for. But the other claim was for my windscreen & I DID NOT claim for it. So how can you increase my premium based on TWO claims???? I explained it to the guy, but he said the only way he can help is if they further increase my excess.
I order a phone, but changed my mind and refuse the package as instructed by Vodacom. The tracking number for RAM is K ********** . If you track the parcel, you will notice that it was retunrd to Vodacom Client Site on 15 September 2017 & it was signed for by Solly. If I try to upgrade online now, I get the error : ImComplete order exist for MSISDN. When are you going to cancel the order, so I can make an upgrade???

I phoned you 09 March to ask you to review the increase on my policy. R100 in premiums & R450 on the excess. You told me a manager will call me back to review it. No-one did.

I again send an email enquiry on 10 March (Ref ********** 87).

I'm still waiting for a call from you.

First consultant that I dealt with was Chad Arendse on 7 December 2016, who wrote up the policy. He advised that there was all-risk amount of R5000.00 which could be used for cellphones etc in case of theft etc.

When the phone was stolen he contacted them and was advised that the all-risk amount could not be used for cellphones. He then requested that they listen to the recorded telephone call. They undertook to get back to him on Friday before close of business - no response as yet.

Bernadette (13.02.2017). She advised that the cellphone could not be claimed from that amount and that he does not have Allo-Risk cover at all.

I have made calls everyday (cant remember the names) and was advised that Chad's Manager would call him - still nothing.

Today I spoke to Faizel. He confirmed that there was absolutely nothing on the system about a claim being lodged or about the dispute.

I phoned Cell C on 14 December 2015 to inform them that I paid my account up to date and that I want to cancel my contract. I spoke to Mpumi at 10.40. She informed me that the payment did not reflect yet and that I should phone back in a couple of days. I repeatedly asked her if they will cancel my account immediately and not ask me to give notice.

On 22 December 2015 I phoned Cell C again at around 09.40 and spoke to Abrina in Retentions. She then informed me that I can't cancel my contract and have to wait till February 2017. I told her it is not acceptable since Mpumi NEVER informed me that my contract is still due till February 2017 and that she specifically told me repeatedly that I can cancel my contract immediately. Abrina told me that she will request a copy of the call and phone me back within 24-48 hours.

It is 6 January 2017 and I'm still waiting for the call

A payment was taken from my account from Fishaways in Bluehill, Midrand for R200 on 05/05/2016. I did not order anything from Fishaways for months. How can you deduct money off my card without any order from me?
