Very bad service I bought items on lay bye from crown mines branch know I'm finished with lay bye I'm supposed to collect my items they saying they out of stock I`ve been doing follow up now and again they still don't have proper feedback. Poor service I'll never buy again
The service on fly Cool is so bad I've been sending messages on their WhatsApp number I'm not getting any response the Los has been flashing since this morning, I tried rebuting still no change which number do I call to get help
Just spoke to a rude call center agent from pep funeral cover (0860737777) I was querying about the SMS I normally receive after making a payment for the funeral cover I opened for my grandmother. She said she cannot disclose that information they need to speak to my grandmother but I'm the one who opened and paying for the policy funny enough I gave her my id number to search for the policy information and she got. I really regret why did I open this 😒

I'm so disappointed with FNB this morning I spoke with the consultant named Brian from the FNB online department I told him my query he said he's checking on the system to my surprise I was transferred to another consultant. Bad customer service😏 after that i was transfered to the complaints department the lady I spoke to said she will log a call regarding the query I had and send a ref number by SMS till now I'm still waiting I'm really thinking of changing my account somewhere else. It's so annoying to be loyal to people who doesn't care for their customers
I spoke to a lady called Busisiwe from hollard customer service department she so rude . I was asking about the PEP hollard insurance that is no longer paid at PEP she hung the phone when I busy asking her questions. Hollard can you please get the recording of the call and do something about this cause you will loose customers
Bad experience I spoke to a person called Bridgette Duplisis from miway regarding the claim she doesn't tell me anything regarding the claim I'm the one whose following up with emails and calls . I feel like the premium that I'm paying it's for nothing .Bad customer service
