Scam artists of note
Talk about false advertising... The items being advertised look stylish and modern but once received it is just a scam. Ordered a dress but to say I am disappointed is an understatement, it was ugly and not to my liking. I then have to spend more money to return it and unfortunately they do not refund on sale items. The only alternative is store credit which again is another gamble and more money to get it delivered. This is just a moneyaking scheme.

False advertising
My first purchase was amazing but second was a total disaster, the item purchased was bought based on false advertising and was not what was described. Now I will have to pay another fee to return it and they also don't offer a full refund but rather a gift card voucher and in store credit. I'm done with this business, bad customer service

Superb Service Superbalist!!
I had placed an order and upon receipt the order did not match the picture most likely due to lighting differences.Thus I wanted to return the order, my return was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency and I was provided with updates from collection of the return up to my money being refunded to me. We need more service providers of this excellence!

False advertsing
I was very impressed with the service and safety measures that are implemented by this company, until recently where upon requesting, firstly the online payment is not active very early in the morning, so they only use cash payments. Secondly, I selected a 50%ride until I reached my destination and was requested to pay the full amount. After laying a complaint later on only to find i had reached my promotional campaign rides. What a major inconvenience and let down because thereafter I had to use another payment method to pay the driver the amount which was short. This needs to be adjusted on the app, very disappointing

Waiting on the absent waiter
Had a great experience, a pleasant Sunday afternoon vibe all in all. However the service and attention by the waiters could improve, waited over 30 mins after placing the same drinks order twice and reminding our waiter. We ended up having to use a waiter from the group next to us, who also happened to share a similar experience when they had previously visited the establishment.

I was sold a laptop battery that is not compatible with my laptop and now the salesperson refuses to refund my money after a written agreement that I have a week to return it should it be faulty.

Lack of communication and professionalism
I had been impressed with the quality of hair and styling of hair and wigs which I had viewed on this company's social media pages. However, after being promised delivery of my puchase because the stock had ran out, I was not informed that the hair would not be ready on the agreed date, although my number had been taken on the day of my puchase. I am still waiting 2 weeks later after my purchase, with no correspondence or update.
