Dear Mr D Foods Customer Service Team, I'm writing to express extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I received from Mr D Foods regarding an order placed through your mobile app on [date]. Despite the payment being successfully deducted from my bank account, the order doesn't reflect on your end, and subsequent attempts to resolve the issue were met with poor communication and unhelpful responses. The sequence of events is as follows: - I placed an order and paid via the app, and the payment was processed by my bank. - However, the order doesn't appear on your system, and when I contacted your team, I was told to wait an hour and call back. - After waiting, I called the provided customer support line, only to be told the payment had failed and I should contact my bank. - When I pointed out that this would likely lead to a dead end, the representative abruptly ended the call. - Further attempts to call back resulted in an error message stating the number doesn't exist. This experience is unacceptable, and I'm appalled by the lack of support and transparency. I've checked with my bank, and they confirm the payment was processed, but your finance department claims no payment was received, and the order doesn't reflect on your system. This suggests a serious issue with your payment processing and order management systems. I demand that Mr D Foods takes immediate action to: 1. Investigate and resolve the payment issue. 2. Manually locate my order and process it immediately. 3. Provide a clear explanation for the poor service. 4. Take steps to improve customer support, payment processing, and order management. WORSE SERVICE I RECEIVED EVER NEVERMIN BAD OR VERY BAD, BECAUSE THERE IS NO BETER WORD FOR WORSE SERVICE EVER. Because I've being paying my account for the past 2 months upto date and suddenly on the 3rd month they sended me a bill of almost a R1000 and when I phone or even tried to phone in no one answers the phone call, and if they answer from billing department they keep on saying that there's a technical issue or error that they can't here me and that they wantto give me a whatsapp number that I have to whatsapp to so I can get assistance but intresting enoungh is, the moment I've asked they how long is it going to take for them to respond the agent repesentitive immidiatly hanged up the phone, so which means is the are lying to us, and don't want to assist they're customer or even try to assist them, and when you phone them back the phone'sjust keeps on ringing the whole time, SO I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND ANYONE TO USE THEIR INTERNET FIBRE SERVICE. I WILL PERSONALLY AND HIGHLY RECOMEND USING VOXTELECOM or AXXESS FRIBRE, I'm going to reconnect my Fibre service with VOXTELECOM.

Would not recommend using this bank to any one, because I've recently did a send cash to my self and tried to withdraw it at the Absa atms and all of them were unavailable, so I've cancelled the Cash send never received the money back into my bank account so wich means is they stole my money from me. To every out there tht want to use absa bank think twice PLEASE!!!
WORSE SERVICE EVER, BECAUSE I WOULD'VE RECEIVED MY PARCEL TOMORROW 23rd July 2024 DURING THE DAY AND RECEIVED AN SMS THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON THE 24TH JULY. So I hope they will SEE AND READ THIS SMS THAT I REJECT THE DELIVERY DATE FOR THE 24TH AND WANT MY WANT MY PARCEL FOR THE 23RD WICH IS TOMORROW THE 23RD OF JULY 2024. I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY DO IF THEY OR ONE IF THE IN STORE SAFF MEMBERS MUST BRING MY PARCEL I WANT IT TOMORROW BECAUSE I WONT BE AVAILABLE ON THE 24TH JULY 2024. And if they want to phone me and give me a Attitude I will give them them their attitude back. Because they are known for giving the community an Attitude.

Very good medical aid except THAT ONE OF MY WORK COLEAGUES GOT REJECTED BY BOTH 2 ALPHA PARMACIES IN ERMELO (FOURIES/ ARIE NEL PARMACY & BYAD'S PARAMACY) IN ERMELO THAT SAID AFFINITY ARE VERY BAD WHEN IT COMES TO PAYMENT CLAIMS!!! But otherwise it's a very good Medical Aid. All thanks to CLICKS in Ermelo that was the nearest Parmacy that was able to assit him with his Medication. That Affinity prescribed him with.
