Nobody to talk to. being moved 6 times to somebody else. no help at all. do not chose FNB, they promise a lot but deliver very little.
I am in titled to 12 monthly chronic disease medication. I missed once ordering in time, so they kept the medication themselves and made me pay for it in cash. I used to order my chronic medication for many years online. Then the medication was changed and I did not know that I had to send a separate email to Discovery about the change. I was uploading my script every six months still. However because I went the wrong way I had to pay for it myself again.... They kept another month of medication from me. Discovery obviously make a lot of money by penalizing their clients for small procedural mistakes. I am not asking for anything extra but only for what I was told I would get by joining Discovery.
One gets very efficient service when signing up but unfortunately after that the customer service and communication is a big let down
excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff that went the extra mile to help out when I had a problem
unfortunately after receiving all their money, when something does not work as promised they will not come back and sort it out. Will not use them again. Simple....
they offer the worst internet banking in the country. Worst even they don't help you overcome it and still make you go into the branch for an update of postal address!!! are you for real???
I was promised a refund many weeks ago and surprise surprise I did not get it. I will now have to lay a charge of theft as I did not get the product as promised and they are keeping my money. Watch this space!!
unfortunately I didn't check on Hello Peter before......I can just confirm that I would not use them again. Ordered, product arrived was faulty, took forever to have it picked up and that is where it stops. No refund no replacement, just silence. Anyone who is buying from them is taking a gamble. However I will not give up like most and I will not go away until I have my money back, even if I loose money. Enough is enough!!!
not able to communicate, calls get disconnected all the time. The online follow up is giving me the wrong information. It says order completed but it is not and I cannot get this through to them. I have two other accounts with them and it is impossible to get the 3rd. It is a nightmare and I will have to change the provider. Don't even think using MWEB, all promises but no backup.....
wow just saw the bad reviews for the last couple of days. Feel like mine is a waist of time now. Especially since Nedbank does not reply anyway and probably is not aware of their bad reputation. But here we go: 1.It took almost a year to get a sponsored card for my business. It was delivered to the wrong branch and I was not told that I cannot pick it up. Even as it is my account. So I still did not get it. 2. I took out a home loan with Nedbank and they approved it with the condition to open my private account with them. Here is the thing, after 6 months they were not able to open one. Emails are answered weeks later or not at all. The complaints department is nice but puts me back in touch with the same incompetent people and all starts over again. The last complaint was ignored though, I guess they running out of excuses. 3. I also have problems looking at my statement for my credit card and phoned Nedbank twice and was told somebody will call me back. That was on the 26th of Feb and again on 2nd March, still waiting and the online banking still not working. I have also raised these and the other problems with my assigned banker, but guess what, I am being ignored again. All of the above I can prove with emails, in case Nedbank is trying to depute this appalling service. I soo regret to have taken my home loan with them which by the way I cannot access since they wont open an account for me.....
