The most *********, dishonest agency I have ever encountered. It's all about backstabbing and sabotaging home owners and competitors. Home owners and buyers alike, beware of Matthew and his team, they will do anything to ***** you. There are wonderful and humane agencies around, please don't let this business make you lose hope and trust in honest agents
This review isnt even worth of a 1 start rating! We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the Vodacom fibre service and even more disgusted with the after sales service which has essentially been non existent! We have struggled with connectivity since the installation of our line, but more recently we have gone DAYS without any service or resolution at all. We have been inconvenienced and unable to work from home all week which has obviously become problematic. Upon requesting assistance from Vodacom we have been given endless excuses, poor customer care service and still no resolution before the holiday period. We are paying exorbitant amounts for a service that does not work and thus will be cancelling our subscription to sign up with another service provider. We do not recommend Vodacom Fibre and its endless headaches!!
I give SACAP 1 start, simply because I am unable to give a lower rating. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact the institution telephonically and via email in regards to furthering my studies and information, nobody responds to my emails or returns my calls. I have now asked to speak with a student advisor, only to have my email blocked. The service at SACAP is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional!
It is with great sadness that I write this review. As a Nedbank client for MANY years, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service and support received in regards to an incident that could have been avoided, not by lack of a loyal client's attempt to resolve the situation from the onset. The lack of guidance, the misinformation and lack of support from staff members whom to I reported *****ulent activity on my personal account, is unacceptable. As a result of this and having lost a lot of money even after having done all that I could do in my personal capacity, after 15+ years I close my account with Nedbank and will no longer suggest it as one of the best South African banks.
Deeply disappointed by the service or the lack thereof received. A purchase was maid months ago, the shipment fees paid immediately once Buffalo had advised that the shipment had arrived and was ready for delivery, almost 2 months later I have STILL NOT received my shipment! This is theft! After various attempts to contact Buffalo, I have been unsuccessful!
I purchased a bedroom suite 3 months ago, it arrived 3 months later, completely damaged, stained and torn. After several attempts to have this situation resolved, first by requesting a new headboard and pedestals, they refused to exchange the items for new ones in an appropriate condition. We then requested a full refund, emails and phone calls were exchanged from pillar to post, both store and operations managers with no resolution. Only to be told to go buy additional cleaner to remove the stains. The service has been appauling and the empty promises and lack of resolution to the problem is UNACCEPTABLE! It is unfortunate that this post cannot include photographs, but I will be posting photos on their social media pages. This is why people are reluctant to supporting smaller businesses!

Greenstone residents have been without fibre connection since Thursday! Countless emails to Vodacom unanswered! It is impossible to work from home, and it is now becoming a ridiculous extra expense that most of us cannot afford during these unpredictable times, having to not only pay for a service that has constant interruptions, but now having to spend additionally on data to be able to work! Vodacom, your service is absolutely disgusting.
Completely unreliable and unprofessional. There is clearly communication between account managers and call centres, and even less communication between account mangers and the client. So much so that they have lost new clients, as we have opted to go with someone more reliable.
I would not even give this business a star, but since you have to select at least once star to write a review, so be it. This service as well as its staff are extremely unreliable, and crooks! They lie about their communications with clients who have urgently requested assistance and continue to STEAL money from business owners who refuse to continue with this service after finishing contracts and refusing to prolong or renew contracts! Its disgusting and I will be taking this further!
