We are beyond impressed with the stellar world class service we received from Herman, HB IT Solutions. Our business has had an unresolved IT issue without any resolution for quite some time. The very same day we contacted Herman from HB IT Solutions, he made himself available to not only assist and resolve our technical issues, but also save us so much money with his implemented solution. We are super impressed with Herman's friendliness, positive attitude and patience which made the whole experience stress free. In so many ways Herman went above and beyond to provide exceptional technical support and client service. He is truly exceptional and he will forever be our go-to IT specialist going forward!!
I ordered from Premiumsupplementsza more than a week ago, sent 2 follow up emails and they have not responded in any way. I expect I will never see my money nor the order I placed. Order from them at your own risk!!
I received the most ********** service from Dr Hartshorne, dentist Intercare Tygervalley. The first warning sign was with my first visit (after the consultation visit) when he started working on the wrong tooth. I decided not to make an issue out of it. With the second and last appointment Dr Hartshorne was unreasonably late for my scheduled appointment without him or his staff communicating with me. When I addressed his tardiness, he raised his voice at me and told me I was making my problem his problem and that I have no understanding of how things work - I do not consider these responses valid excuses for being late or not knowing how to properly communicate with clients re appointment times, managing their expectations. I do, however, consider Dr Hartshorne's conduct extremely rude, disrespectful and highly unprofessional business practices. For obvious reasons I had to walk out of the meeting and I will never be returning to Intercare again!
Old Mutual failed to process full withdrawal submitted 30 May 2023 on contract no: 19346554 and cancel the active debit order. I sent an email to them on 18 June 2023 requesting full payment of my investment and immediate cancellation of the debit order - today is 26 June 2023 and no feedback has been provided regardless the 24-48hr best business practice turnaround time prescribed. When I phoned client service today, the *********** woman from OM Client Service was extremely unhelpful and at my request, refused to put me through to management. I will be lodging a formal complaint. Client service is non-existent. I will NEVER do business with them again, what an absolute nightmare!
Truly the most horrendous client service I have ever experienced! I am currently paying for a Vodacom service NOT being provided by them because of their negligence. Also, regardless of the fact that they are the root cause of this crisis AND that they are well outside their turnaround time, my case is NOT being treated as urgent and no one at Vodacom is taking responsibility of it to get it resolved. My fibre relocation was lodged on 21 September 2022 a month in advance to ensure they have enough time for processing. On 28 September 2022 Vodacom realized they did the relocation instruction with the incorrect Fibre provider, but neglected to inform me and no one took ownership of this mistake. Since our move on 19 October 2022 I have been phoning Vodacom all day everyday to get our existing fibre relocated, to no avail. Vodacom is well outside their turnaround time to process the fibre relocation with absolutely no care about it and I rue the day I ever became one of their clients!!
We had an UNBELIEVABLY GREAT experience with A2B Afford-A-Move! Pierre and his team were punctual, professional and were exceptionally helpful and polite. They went "over & above" expectations to ensure that our moving experience was as stress-free as possible. They made sure appliances and furniture were where we wanted it and would go to great lengths to make it work even if somewhat inconvenient. TFG used the services of RAM couriers to deliver our order, 2 parcels. The one parcel was due yesterday, but because of RAM couriers' poor service and failure to fulfill their duty, they logged it as failure to deliver because the client wasn't home. This is a lie as we were home all day waiting for our parcels. Then we get an email message from RAM couriers that both our parcels will be delivered today - it is the end of business day and our parcels are still not delivered. RAM couriers is an unreliable courier service and should best be avoided.
My order #000021342 was due for delivery last week - no feedback, no goods and no refund. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to contact them, neither their telephone nor their email address is in working order.
After PC Link Computers failed to deliver the goods I ordered in accordance with our contractual agreement and failed to provide ANY feedback re the late status of my order, I demanded my money be refunded. PC Link Comp has refused to deliver any goods, they've refused to refund my money and are currently withholding my money ILLEGALLY. BEWARE, PC LINK COMPUTERS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY STAY AWAY!!!!!
My order #25220 was confirmed and paid for on 23/09/2021. After more than 25 working days have passed with absolutely no feedback from PC Link Computers on the progress of my order, I had to initiate contact sending 2 separate feedback requests via email, because they are also not available via telephone (last email sent to PC Link Computers on 23/10/2021). Today is 29/10/2021 and I have yet to receive ANY feedback re the progress of my order. I demand my money be refunded immediately. WARNING: Be assured, PC Link Computers is not a business you want to do business with. STAY AWAY!!!
