I'm super frustrated with this company and wfs. I have been calling and sending emails back and forth just to get a settlement letter to make payment. First wfs says they sold my account to them and when I check on them , they say they can't find my details, actually who is fooling who here. All I want to do is clear my name
I just need a settlement letter but I'm taken from pillar to post . Yes I ruined my store card but now that I want to pay why does it take so long for just a settlement letter
I have been trying to call mtn with no luck of going through. I app**** for a contract online and decided to do a followup at the store . When I got there they told me I have been blocked because I once had a contract and I have never had a mtn contract before and when I call ***** or retention department they all are taking me back and fourth without a response. Please can someone assist
I bought items on a promotional sale which were buy two get two free. I used and and was not happy with the sizes. When I took the items back to exchange was told I needed to exchange with either sale items or bring back everything and buy those two on normal price. I spoke to Thabiso at Southgate mall. You can just see that they were making me a fool about this incident. I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed because I asked them to then give me a bigger size of those items . They still refuse. Edgars should write a policy at their door in big letters that you are only allowed to exchange sale on sale items.
I am really disappointed with my bank. I ask for a downgrade of a cheque since I get ridiculous charges. I get to be R174 on the day of the downgrade and within the same month I get charged again for service fees. I really don't understand. I think moving is the best option now. The worst is having a loan that charges 50% interest rate . When I asked they telling me about how I already signed while I was not aware . I'm really frustrated about this . And I didn't sign anything. Everything was done online.
I'm so very disappointed. I bought a bed from bradlows. It's a sealy evoque . It's hardly a month the bed has weird spring sounds . I'm actually thinking they should come and take the bed back . I'm not happy at all cause the bed is very expensive R9000. Can you imagine during your midnight sleep you hear a sound of a spring. I'm so angry
I would not advise anyone to accept this offer of account . This is daylight robery with such charges for items not paid but every month money gets deposited into the account . This is really frustrating as I can't even downgrade .
Having to wait almost an hour to be assisted at fnb southgate mall. I'm super disappointed with the service. Just to downgrade my account , I had to wait this long
I'm at picknpay clothing wanting to exchange 2 dresses because they are small and I lost the slip I bought using my smart shopper and now I'm told I cannot exchange because there's too much stock loss . A lady called Dimakatso says they cannot exchange for me as I want bigger sizes. This is happening at southgate mall
Please update my records on Xperian and credit berue to show that the account is being paid. Now I can't even apply for anything as it show default in this capfin account which I have paid
