I am beyond disappointed with Matrix Vehicle Tracking. My motorbike was ******, and despite having their so-called "top-tier" tracking system installed, it was never recovered. The worst part? Not a shred of sympathy or support from their team during this distressing time. I was sold on the idea that their Beam device was one of the best on the market – fast, accurate, and reliable. Clearly, that was nothing but a lie. How did the device fail to trace my bike at all? Isn’t this the whole reason we invest in your service? Their customer service was shockingly cold and unhelpful. No updates, no reassurance, not even basic empathy. Just silence and useless responses. I trusted Matrix to protect my bike, and they let me down in every way imaginable. Avoid Matrix at all costs. You’re better off without the false sense of security they offer.
I am so so disappointed at how things are done at your testing stations.I took my car for inspection for Uber my car is more than good to be on the road but it was given a fail and listed reasons didn't even make sense and not even true....it has also come to my attention that because I didn't pay a bribe I will have my car failed till I do as drivers we have social pages and I have seen others also complaining but comment that they end up so coming to paying the bribe as getting that document beacaus they need to get back on the road make a living.why would a car be failed cause of a scratch that one has to come close to see it,drivers seat small rear that's a size of a pinky finger not even visible to the passenger,bumper misaligned of which I have a dekra sticker from the dealership that saw fit to approve the car to be sold now please when you reply make me understand how is it that I get to be failed and stopped to work due to that what's worse they also say poor body spray the car came like that why was it given a go ahead by dekra in the first place. It's also unfortunate that people don't want to come forward but in your investigation please go on Facebook find a page called uber/bold drivers check the amount of people that had to pay bribes to get there cars back on the road because they were given no chance.its disappointing.
I was called by my sister to pick her up after 5 failed trips to pick her up when I get there 2 man approached us asking me to come out of the car saying I am not allowed to pick up people as I am an uber driver this is so so disappointing that this is even allowed I am driving a car firstly that I have never seen on uber firstly but because ppl are thinking with their stomach...now what I want to know is how much are they paying the mall to treat people like this and as a woman I would t want to come back there due to safety why must i be told which type of transportation to use when it's my money I don't see ppl from different stores fighting us to that so it only makes that something very wrong is going on here. I have even check the laws of transportation if a person as a permit they can pick up people anywhere but why must these taxi people tell us what to do so imagine if I was an uber driver I would have been attacked or even worse shot dead while the mall allows such things to happen I would edged anyone reading this to think for your safety and comfortable before shopping in this mall I would rather travel far to be treated like a client than this it is so disgusting......
The lady at the counter gave terrible service at the glen mall. She was laughing with people of her race but soon as I sat down her face changed and was very sour even way she spoke to me screemed lady get out of my face, this is so wrong is many ways. She asked me for proof of residency I didn't have a problem giving it to her I asked her if I could email it unfortunately my emails were on hold I don't know why cause other lady's email went without a hustle. I asked her to please wait for me to go get it in my car. Lord have mercy I ran to my car only to find the doors cloors it was not even 16:30 it was 16:25 managed to go in she went to shop kept me waiting how unprofessional. This is so sad.
Good day I would like to report an accident that happened today at Soweto SARS Branch a lady called Mathapelo came up to the front row seat we clients were sitting on taking other people's IDs to print out their tax number, so she noticed that I have not given my ID or asked her for assistance she then rudely asked me "UZOKWENZANI LA SISI" one I am a client were in the world did she feel its ok to call me sister I don't understand to my knowledge in a place of business one must address a client or maam.in my shocked face I answered her, I am here to submit my documents so they can be uploaded as I was here last week Thursday to do this yet my documents are not submitted she answered me again in a rude manure saying "YOU MUST UPLOAD THE DOCUMENTS YOUR SELF IT IS NOT OUR JOBS TO DO IT FOR YOU.LOG IN YOUR ACCOUNT SO I WILL SHOW. I then respond I cannot upload the document on my account by myself I don't have the means to do so. she then gets busy with someone else I log in my account then show her she couldn't find the part that says upload then she says find the part that says upload I repeat I do that on this phone she then says YOU SHOULD SAY THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE PHONE AND BY THE WAY WE CAN'T UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS AS I SAID YOU MUST DO IT YOURSELF. I responded by saying but the call center said I can come to the branch I will be assisted and what is that copy machine for because I came here last week was assisted without hassles. she answered I TOLD YOU THIS IS NOT OUR JOB YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THIS MACHINE IS FOR US TO MAKE COPIES I WILL GIVE YOU A PAPER (meaning flier) THAT SHOWS YOU THAT YOU DO THIS YOURSLVES NOT HERE AT THE BRANCH. I responded but how and since when? she said I WILL KICK YOU OUT screaming now people are looking at us so as she sees I am not intimidated by her bulling she says I have an attitude and she won't assist me. I responded I don't want to be assisted by you. she came back saying you can't say that. I asked her why? fortunately, her manager came when she saw him, she ran back to her office. I don't know what was said to her one of the security lady said to me if I want to be assisted, I must just keep quite even though I am know I am not in the wrong I must act stupid apologies just to get assisted. I asked her how that makes no sense I am being abused treated badly I must keep quite I am client here I should not be treated like this being bul**** I won't stand for this she then asked for her name from the security officer she said I must ask her as she's the manager. This is very disturbing the staff there is rude to clients worse the make ppl wait outside in the cold while's chairs are empty inside the Branch. Help turn people away saying they need appointments to get assisted with certain after a person waited 45 minutes to 2 hours to get to the front desks it's as if they are doing us a favor by being at work. after the argument I went to the office I scanned my document in last week whew the greeted the lady in the office I then explained why I am in her office she says oh no they will assist you I asked her who cause I came in here last you assisted me and the lady at the front desk said I must come to you she acted in shock saying but you saw that I uploaded your documents I don't know what happed. My goodness was I not given a run around mind you I was supposed to get a cover letter from the front desk that was supposed to be sent 20 minutes earlier to her. all can say is please take these people out retrain them on customer service and remind them they are there to serve clients it's not a favor. their incompetence outshines them.
I took a loan from wonga in December unfortunately working in the aviation filed it hasn't been doing well I inform them that I have been rentranched spoke to their insurance department and she sent me the email of how I will claim 3 days later due to loadshading I couldn't send send the required documents then I started getting calls from MBA being told they have sold my account to them ever since they have been harassing me calling me even at night. I called again to tell them my situation but they told me about investigation it's 2 months now nothing from them. I am very disappointed. If you thinking of taking a loan with them don't they don't practice what they preqch.
They still havent found a payment I made. Its hard for them to track it and I told them time and again I used my ID number as a reference.
Very bad service. I normally make payments via my nedbank app and suprisely they couldnt see my payment for the month of August after all these months I have been making payments the same way. I have tried getting proof of payment from the bank which I sent them just because the document doesnt state which bank it was paid to the dont take it to heart to communicate with the bank to make sure payment was made. No they dont they jump and send me smses saying my account is in arreas n insurance has gone up worse they go ahead and put false information on my credit record.they are telling me I must go to the bank and get proper proof of payment that means I have to register for online banking now I want to know how is it my fault their sytem failed and who will give me my money that I will use to go to the bank also money for registering with online banking. When your store had an agreement of clients paying online did you not come up with a plan how to find payments that are not reflecting on your accounts. My makes me more angry is the only thing you will do is appologies but never refund me.I will make sure all our stokvel member close your accounts and will never use your service as you dont live up to your promises
