I reported a card ***** end of August, till today, no feedback. I keep calling, to no avail. I sometimes hold for an hour, when I eventually talk to someone, they say they escalated my matter to the person holding my case. I'm done. 20 years with Nedbank, this is the service I get

Don't get your Hope's high if FNB says someone will call you regarding your complaint. I laid a complaint 3 times but no one ever called. After my last payment next month I'm so done with this bank
I was asked by FNB to rate the service of refund. I would give them -100 if I could. How do they ask me that without even refunding me. The reason I'm still using FNB account is because of my uif payment. After that I'll close the account.
