I'm writing this review out of frustration with Capitec Forex. I have sent numerous emails trying to get any sort of response from them to advise me when the money I have transferred will reflect in my account. It's past its normal due date. It's over a week and I have not been able to get any attention/explanation from them. I'm worried and frustrated. What should one do from here??? And to see other reviews from other bank account holders with the similar experience is disturbing. Why offer a service you clearly can't manage???
I am not getting any help from the transactional team. I've sent an email after email stating my situation. I can't get access to my funds. I can't go to the branch as I am abroad! I just want to close my account and get my money transferred out of the account.
If you value your iPhone please do not walk into the store. They are not an accredited iPhone repair shop yet they portray themselves to be and take advantage of people. They will take off the genuine parts from your phone and replace them with fake. I am stuck with a phone that will always have an error stating I have an unknown battery and they made my mum change the iPhone screen which had no issues in the first place to replace it with a screen that has been giving me issues ever since. Where are the genuine parts you removed? Both my battery & screen? I was shocked by how the guy was so casual when I called asking about the error of an unknown part on my phone and he said I’ll always have it because they don’t have the resources as an istore. Please be aware!! They are not an accredited iPhone store!! People get confused. They fooled my mum who I had sent to go to an istore to get the phone fixed! They damaged my iPhone! Money wasted on parts that are not functional with the phone, it’s a mess!! There is another genuine istore at the shopping mall. Please be aware. Crooks! No accountability was taken! they will not live up to their word after they manage to damage your Phone! Instead, they will push the blame on the customer and point fingers amongst themselves and not get to the part of resolving the issue! This shop has fooled us! We tried to resolve the issue in an amicable manner and even agreed that a refund would be issued for the bad workmanship! The iPhone we got back from you is in a worse condition than when it was brought in. Your staff is rude and unwilling to take responsibility. perhaps one should take legal action from here on?? And you clearly do not care for your reputation. Ticket number: T-3403. If you want to resolve this, do not lie to the whole world by responding to this review saying you will get to the bottom of this. You guys have our details. You will call if you are serious about resolving this and paying our money back. Otherwise one will have to report this to Consumer Protection Tribunal & report your shop & website to Istore/iPhone
The worst Fibre coverage! At this point, I need vumatel to give me a call so we can come up with a solution to this problem. It can't be that every single month with no fail my network will always be down and I have to call my service provider for the same issue and they always give the same response that it's vumatels fault. THIS IS AFFECTING ME FINANCIALLY! I WORK FROM HOME AND IT MEANS MY HOURS ARE AFFECTED SO IS MY PAY! unless vumatel comes up with a way to reimburse me for the loss of income and having to buy data from another service provider, only then will I be a happy client. But for now. I do not recommend them.
I'm getting frustrated by Telkom. Not even sure at this point if they want to retain this relationship. I am tired of this back and forth and not getting any assistance. It's either we close the relationship or we close this matter and get my business number reinstated. It's been ongoing for two weeks. This is the 3rd week. Called again today I am being told they can't help me I must call again after 30mins their systems are down. How about they call me back and finalize this matter or we part ways. I hope I do not find them billing my account on Friday for a number that isn't working.
Internet was cut off in the evening even though we have paid our monthly fees for unlimited Fibre. We made a call and were told that it was an isolated issue. But they could not inform us on the process and told us to wait for 72 hours for the issue to be resolved. This is an inconvenience as we utilize the wifi for work and leisure purposes and we are not given sufficient responses on how will this issue be expedited and resolved. We pay our monthly fees consistently but we do not get the value of our money and the requisite service delivery.
The ****tiest service ever... How does your customer go for three days without any internet connection yet there is no communication from you guys whatsoever!!! I've been told numerous times and even I have to call, that I will get the issue resolved and that it has been escalated to Vumatel! So how do you plan on reimbursing me for the days I have had no service/connection??? It will be very funny to see you guys debit my acc for wifi that has not been working from the beginning of September!!! I suggest it would be best you guys come to collect your useless routers, and terminate any agreement we have. Useless and worse customer service!!!!
Would like to Thank Rosina Molefe for her great customer service and professionalism. She got back to me as promised and gave me a great rate for my motor short term car insurance.
