Jabu was friendly, efficient and knowledgable when I needed to add a new car to the insurance policy.
The person who assisted me sorted the cancelation very efficiently but I had to make 3 different calls before getting help.
I contacted passport 2000 to assist with passport applications as I needed assistance to avoid queues. I explained to Rhonda that my father is elderly and battling cancer and my little girl is only 4 so being in long queues is not an option for us. I had heard that Waterfall has very little queues from a number of people and even though it's a drive I didn't mind driving further. Rhonda told me if I book through her we wouldn't wait in queues so she can book at Edenvale for me. I paid her R1380 to assist us with the 3 passports only to get there today and discover we had to wait in all the queues. It was an absolute nightmare! So basically she charged me R1380 just to make the booking online which I could have done myself in 5 minutes and wouldn't have booked at Edenvale! What a *******! They say they queue for you but there is no one there. Oh and get this, you must pay another R460 per person if you want assistance with the collection.
We had a solar system installed on 17 February, 2023. Very soon after the installers left, we realised that the prepaid Eskom electricity meter did not appear to be functioning. The new "Eskom Plug" installed does not work. I called and reported it and was told that a ticket had been opened. We called on Monday as no one had come to fix it and were told it's a municipality issue. The municipality came out the same day to check (Note even the municipality has better service than GoSolr) and advised it is the new plug they installed that isn't working as we suspected. We have called multiple times and emailed but absolutely no response dispite being told each time that it has been escalated. We cannot load prepaid electricity and are now going to run out as it's been nearly a month of waiting. The installer told us that he does not issue a certificate of compliance and some one else would come and do that which has yet to happen. I have to submit CoC to our insurance company. Can you please urgently have someone contact us. The solar system is great but the after sales service is beyond a joke.
I've placed 4 orders with Snatcher now and had excellent service with all of them. The products are such good value for money. This is my new favourite online shop.
I'm so grateful to Freedom Debt Councillors for not only restructuring my debt so I was able to afford it but also for holding my hand through the process. Everything was well explained to me and everyone I dealt with always showed they cares and gave me good advice. I'm so happy they have helped me to pay off ally debt in a shorter time than I expected. I would highly advise anyone struggling with their debt to contact them.
Absolutely appalled by the lack of service from Netstar. I canceled my insurance in July this year. I have been trying to cancel with Netstar ever since. The people in the call Centre can't help you except to say they will escalate it, which means nothing as nothing is done. I have emailed customer care multiple times. You just get a standard response saying they will come back to you which they don't. I wonder what would happen if your car got stolen, would they only look for it in a years time when they felt like it?
This gym is a total scam. They promise you the world when you sign up and it's just not delivered. I was told my contract includes group personal training, the reason I took the more expensive contract, now I'm told it's not offered at the gym where I signed up yet it's listed on the contract. I go for classes only to find no instructor. Equipment is is so old and damaged a lot of it is a risk to use. Treadmills are often out of order. We were charged for gym through the whole of lock down even though other gyms like Virgin were not charging there members. Told that the 5 months will be credited at the end of our contract. When I asked for more info on this I was told I needed to complete a claim form. I'm still waiting for the form nearly a month later. Oh and don't even bother trying to cancel. The y will charge you half your outstanding membership fees! In my case I have 5 months left and they want me to pay half of the fees even though I've just paid for 5 months I couldn't use during lock down!
I was retrenched due to Covid and need to claim on my insurance with Nedbank. I called the call centre who were helpful but there are forms I need to complete so I needed to go into a branch to claim as I have no access to a printer or scanner. I went into the branch at Meyersdal and immediately when I told the lady in reception why I was there she was telling me to go home and call the call centre. I had to repeatedly say I want to deal with a consultant in the branch before she said I could go to a lady by the name of Sonja. When I sat down she pushed a phone at me and gave me a number to dial. Once again the call centre was very helpful but told me I needed to fill in forms. I once again explained I do not have access to print and she advised I should go into a branch. I told her that I was in the branch and they didn't want to assist me. She then spoke to the consultant only to have her shout at me and say I never told her it was a retrenchment claim. Well she never asked! I also find it hard to believe she would think it was a death or disability claim seeing as I was sitting in front of her. I think Sonja should be grateful she has a job in this economic climate and treat customers with a bit of respect and compassion. Utterly disgusted by the treatment I received this morning. Once I get back on my feet I certainly wont be doing any further business with Nedbank. I would just like to say again that the call centre were very helpful and this review should not reflect negatively on them.
