I went to Burger King inside Promenade Mall. I’m not expecting classy restaurant treatment but the lady at the till lacked every aspect of customer service. I ordered and after done paying this lady goes and does something else and I’m thinking probably there are no receipts then I proceed to take a seat then she calls me to come take my receipt after she was done with whatever she was doing. I have never been disappointed because I have never been serviced like that at any Burger aking.
Worst experience. Bus 2 hours late and we told its refilling diesel. Give us our money and let us go to taxi Nonsense bus!!!!
Today I received a WhatsApp from Telkom about an upgrade and couldn’t respond because I’m at work, the consultant sent me another text stating since I’m silent she will assume I’m taking the contract. I explained how consent works with a **** scenario she rep**** I should’ve have just said no so we went back and forth till she said she will upgrade because of my stinking attitude. This is the number she was texting me on +27 68 114 9537. See how Telkom opened up disrespect from their consultants. As a result would Like to cancel my contract with a service provider who hires consultants who are disrespectful
Capitec in King William’s Town by Shoprite just sent my son away without helping him. He lost his phone and wanted to change his number he was told he can’t because he doesn’t have a smart phone. How is that not risking ***** on his account? Make me understand sana how can we not be able to change our numbers based on the type of phone you use. Hay Capitec needs to change their policies

Booked a ticket for 19:15 and I am still at the bus station…. “Sorry for the inconvenience/ delay” that’s all we get. The bus is stuck somewhere and I’m worried if I will reach my destination with a bus that is almost 3 later. Literally nonsense service. I think it’s better to book these new AMP and eagle buses because clearly INTERCAPE can’t deliver nothing my daughter even doesn’t want to go anymore! It’s cold with 2 babies waiting for a bus that is continuously delayed! What is 1 more bad reviews on 1200+ bad revi reviews and no change in even . Now when they get knowling I have 2 babies they rush and embarrass me on the bus with the police as well
Not Pep in Vincent by the checkers mall selling a Marinda that expired on the 25/12/2023 cold drink and I only saw after I left....im so disappointed
Jezreel from iwyze was so helpful I even forgot I was upset with the insurance. he made everything so easy and quick. Iwyze may be troubling sometime but they got the best staff.
