I am not sure I can even give them 1 star. I have been ordering shein for years. Various items and always a big basket. Buffalo and Emile are the absolute best courier companies but unfortunately we cannot choose who Shein gives our orders to. Firstly, they charge outrageous amounts for Vat and duties. Parcel is 11kg. They don't answer on their fb page. I would never even have ordered if I knew this is the case it would have been better to buy is SA than from Shein. Being fami**** with what it costs and regularly placing big orders Aramex charges about 3 times of what I have ever been charged. I have seen al the reviews of lost parcels and bad service, but it takes them 4 days just to update their tracking system. Going for 5 days tomorrow. Buffalo or Emile would have had the parcel out for delivery today. How does a company operate like this?. I just cannot track my parcel which I paid for almost half of what my total value for this shipment was. They can atleast give better or even outstanding service for what they charge. !!! It's been 4 days since the vat and duties have been paid and I cannot even track my delivery.
They have the best services as long as they can get you to join and get your payment every month. 6 long years I have been honoring my agreement and now at the end no help from them. So many emails but no help. I even gave them the best review and also recommended them in the past. And now... 1 or 2 installments left and they don't care. Outstanding amounts keep on increasing. I have stopped payments from this month. No one can tell of prove to me why. No one can send me a DETAILED statement since outstanding amount confirmed in May. Not the Hyphen one. A statement with where my payments was allocated to since my query started in May this year and to show why my amount outstanding still isn't close to paid off as per amounts given.... since May this year. Admin fees, penalties, less payments, I understand those fees being added..but thousands more than what was confirmed in May? I want a settlement from my creditor I can't rely on the figures from debt busters just to get told you cannot access your own information!!! Why? What will change on the figures? You have to work through debt busters who is not helping with a detailed statement!!! Sends me what I already have....So please tell me how do you sort out a plain and simple statement/ outstanding amount issue with this institution ??
I am 4 months short of my last payment on my debt review. I had no issues. I knew exactly where my money went. I had the best advise and services from day one, years ago and I am finally almost done. I would highly recommend debt busters especially with all the uncer*****y about debt review companies and if it is worth doing.
June 2021 I renewed my MTN contract. Chose the S26 Ultra. R1000 per month for 3 years. I had the phone for about 3 or 4 months and it started giving a "no network" error. Reset, restart, restore...did everything. Went to the closest Mtn, they don't send phones in for repairs, went to the Mtn where I got the phone. They also can't. Found a Mtn store In Vaal mall which agreed to send the phone in. This phone was still in imaculant condition. No marks and cracks and was checked in in good order. After 3 weeks and a lot of phone calls the phone "was rejected" by Samsung because of a crack on the screen (which was not there). Paying thousands for a phone and having a warranty and it gets rejected by Samsung because of a crack that was not there and it was so small I could barely see it when they pointed it out to me. No way that crack can be the reason for the phone not reading the sim. Makes you regret ever getting a Samsung product if this is the service. This Is really not good service for what you pay.
Not sure if this should be on Booking.coms page or Pearls of Umhlanga but I think both have the worst service. Always use Booking.com and never a problem. Made a booking like always for March 2022 at Pearls of umhlanga. Payment date scheduled, booking confirmed. Like always. I needed to find out about my 2 year old daughter.. I mailed through booking.com and no reply which is different we always get replies. I eventually contacted the hotel...only to go through 5 people because no one could direct me to the reservations and ended up at capital pearls and with 2 cell numbers. No landline for reception. Never experienced this at any of the hotels on lagoon drive...On the web the number is for the security control room for this hotel. I contacted a Lady Dina on one of the cell numbers. And the bottom line is that this booking is not valid. She could not help me. She said it is private owner advertising and they deem it as illegal it must be a 14 day stay. So we would have ended up at the door of that hotel with no place to stay if I had not contacted them about my daughter. So where does this leave me?
Get n million reminders for my license... pay the amount...it has been one full month. Paid R1800. Took them almost 3 weeks to actually allocate my payment.... No reply, no feedback, various email addresses, phone almost never work and when I do get through they hang up or the system is frozen. *** do I have to do to get my License from this company. They were never this pathetic, used them for years!!
